Great Weekend Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was the perfect size for our family of 6. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and having 2 full bathrooms made our stay that much better. Conveniently located close to the beach and 2 pools with hot tubs. Our family really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location for Ironman 70.3 Gulf Coast. Had the whole family stay and we had a great weekend! An extra roll of tp was all we needed.

Wonderful experience!

The property was very nice and spacious. It had all of the things that we needed, and everything worked properly. The amenities were very nice and the location was fantastic! The owner was very nice and accommodating. The only downfall was that we were on the 14th floor and the elevators are not too convenient. There are only 3 and they take a bit of time to come.

Little misleading

So it only 2 bedrooms and the bunk beds are in open little weird for teenagers but we made it work and there was no sheets for the couch sofa and the advertising pictures make you think it on beach side it is not and parking can be a pain you have to pay extra for parking which is ridiculous!!! I fill how far in advance I booked this I should’ve gotten a better deal but there was some on the other tower cheaper I will stay again but not through Vrbo.

Top 3 Best Experience in PCB

This was one of the best experiences renting in PCB in all of our years. We were worried about being across the road from the beach. NOTHING TO WORRY OVER. View was great and bridge was perfect. Grand Panama was ABOVE our expectations. Clean, close to everything, and wonderful amenities. Pools were very nice, Beach access was great and grounds were very clean and beautiful. The condo was wonderful. Very clean, updated, comfortable beds. Key pad entry was great and not having to worry with a key. Host was VERY responsive and VERY good at communicating. Balcony was a great size with plenty of seating. Supplied really well (soap, dishwasher pods, kurig, hand soap, towels, etc.) Great water pressure and must have tankless hot water as it never ran out and we had to to 6 showers at a time. Suggestions—- * For families with small children, consider outlet covers (we went and bought some) and possible cabinet/drawer safety devices (we used rubber bands). *Perhaps a curtain at the bunk beds would be nice for some privacy (but not necessary really). *A little more instruction in the wrist band when checking in (where to get them, how many needed, and where to return them). *Remotes were a little cumbersome but we figured it out. * Allow leeway on thermostat control. It was comfortable and we understood why this was controlled remotely but it did get warm one night. Overall… I cannot say enough good about this place and the host. We will certainly be back.

Beautiful, quaint, & cozy

This place was absolutely perfect. Not too much space; but quite enough for my husband, daughter & me. The host & I were in constant contact & we had no issues whatsoever. I will definitely look at this property again when coming back to PCB! Thank you so much for sharing with us. Spring Break 2022 was amazing‼️ 💙

Although the weather wasn’t in our favor our stay was nice. Plenty to do in the area and the condo is definitely the spot to be. Prime location and views are breathtaking.

As I was growing up, Panama City Beach was my family's favorite vacation spot. As children, we rode go-carts, played for hours on the beach, went deep-sea fishing and crabbing. The tradition continued with my family. Panama City Beach has changed over the years, but remains one of the most beautiful beaches I have visited. We are happy to share our vacation home with our guests. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Grand Panama is one of the most beautiful and well kept properties on the beach. It is well suited for a family vacation, friends trip, or a romantic get-away. The view from the 13th floor balcony (which is really the 18th floor, because the first five floors are parking garage), is magnificent. It is a beautiful property and there is security on site. The condo itself is tastefully decorated and clean. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the 21' balcony while watching the people on the beach and boats on the water. From the kitchen, your view is gulf blue water to the horizon. In the evening, take a stroll across the skywalk to the beachside Tiki bar, where they have great food, beer and cocktails, and entertainment in the summer season. Grand Panama is convenient to restaurants and fun activities. For a Grand vacation, choose Sea La Vie 2-1304 at Grand Panama.

Tower 2 is just a short walk across the enclosed skywalk to the beach. Grand Panama is a beautiful upscale property with two seasonally heated pools, two hot tubs, kiddie pool, Tiki Bar, and grills at each pool. There is live entertainment at the Tiki Bar area during the summer season. The condo has a spectacular view of the gulf from the 21' balcony off the living room and master bedroom. In Tower 2, you will find the fitness room, covered parking garage (and outdoor overflow parking). There is also a general store and eatery street side. Grand Panama is convenient to activities, such as water park, miniature golf, shopping, and restaurants.
