Luxury at the Wharf was recently fully renovated! The unit features beautiful views of the lake, obstructed views of the ocean, as well as NEW furniture!

Luxury at the Wharf was decorated and designed with its vacationers in mind! The bunk alcove is perfect for the Kids! Each bed is provided with their own TV making it easy for them to watch their favorite shows! The open concept living room provides plenty of gathering space to be together! Whether you are cooking or relaxing on the couch you can all be together.

Laketown Wharf 911 has everything you need to create a memorable Beach Vacation!

The resort itself offers five resort-style pools (including a zero-edge family pool, a lagoon pool, a rooftop pool, an island pool on the lake, and a kids' play pool). In addition, this condo is centrally located to multiple main attractions. The rental provides a fully equipped kitchen, an open layout, and a private balcony.

The condo itself was really nice and met our expectations, but the check-in process and all that related to Blue Swell vacations was terrible. When water power was turned off unexpectedly there was no communication by the management. The only upside was that we were leaving that morning, and wouldn't have to feel the real inconvenience of it like others renting in the building.

Best place I’ve ever stayed at

This room was by far the best room and place I’ve ever stayed at. There was so much to do and we never even had to leave the property. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay at PCB!

Definitely a Must Stay

Great stay

This place was clean and had a great variety of kitchen supplies. The only issue we had was with the codes getting in. The owner is quick to respond, as well.

Amazing

The pictures don't do it justice, this place was clean really stocked up with appliances and more. Master bath is beautiful. Love the tvs for the buck beds. I couldn't be happier during our stay.

Great Condo

Everything in the condo was clean. The fridge was not making ice, and someone came out to fix it within a few days. I loved being able to walk to the beach and Pineapple Willys. The pools need to be a bit more maintained, but this condo was great.

The condo

This property was nice. The bed needs a new mattress & more elevators. The walk to the condo from the only 2-elevators are too far. Also let the customer know they have to pay to park. This added 110.00 to my trip.

Condo exactly as discribed

Nice room very clean. Only complaints would be elevators are very slow . Wish check in process was like other VRBO I’ve stayed at no need to see front desk. The extra $70 for wrist bands and parking pass should be included in the rental rates. Over all nice stay.

Love this area

Stayed in this resort 3 times this year, all different units. We like the area and resort is nice. We did have a bug issue this particular time in this unit l, mostly in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. Otherwise the unit was super nice and updated with pretty good overall cleanliness. The bed in the smaller room (front room) probably needs a mattress topper or a new mattress it was pretty broken in.

My vacation

The only problem we had was the elevators. The building was not equipped with enough elevators for the amount of condominiums.
