This is a completely renovated condo with top of the line quartz countertops, soft close cabinets and kitchen appliances. There is also a farmhouse sink and a Keurig plus a regular drip coffee maker to satisfy all coffee lovers. It is conveniently located In Laketown Wharf Resort In The Heart Of All The Fun & Excitement In PCB and just steps away from beautiful white-sand beaches & shopping. The condo sleeps 8 including a super comfy sleeper sofa.
The Master King bedroom boasts of views of the Gulf of Mexico, En suite bath with stand alone tub and a HUGE walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and there is a bunk room with twin over twin, separated from the hall with a beautiful sliding barn door for privacy and shared full bath. There is wifi for those that want to stream a movie after a long day at the beach or for those that need to get a little work done.

The balcony needs no introduction with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and seating to soak it all in or dining table to enjoy a meal. For guest convenience, the elevators and south side parking are nearby this unit and there are 2 parking spots per reservation. About Laketown Wharf:

We hope that you feel at home while you are our guest and also ask that you care for it as though it belongs to you. Below are some "house rules" that will help protect your deposit.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING or PETS! Any trace of pets or smoking in condo or on the balcony will result in the loss of your entire security deposit.
- Please do not sit on any interior furniture wearing wet swimsuits/clothing.
- Please do not take sheets or bath towels to the beach.
- Never open the balcony doors when the front door is open. This can be very dangerous as the wind can cause the door to slam closed.
- NEVER leave the balcony sliding doors open for longer than a minute or two. Leaving the doors open allows humidity to come in and over work the A/C unit taking it longer to cool the condo. It can also cause mold to grow in the condo, which can be very dangerous to your health.
Check out time is 10:00 am. Prior to your departure please do the following few things:
- Place all dirty bed sheets and pillowcases in the hall floor.
- Put all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and begin the cycle.
- Remove all trash from the unit and dispose into the trash chute.
-Set air conditioning unit to 74 degrees

To insure this, it is necessary that everyone abide by the property rules and regulations. We have listed the rules and regulations specific to our unit, below. Guests will be given more information about the Laketown Wharf guidelines from the front desk, at check in.
NO PETS ALLOWED!!
If housekeeping detects any evidence of pets in the unit, you will be charged an additional $250 to deodorize the condo.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT!!
Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. If housekeeping detects any evidence of smoking in the unit, you will be charged an additional $250 to deodorize the condo. Registered Guests carry the FULL responsibility for any and all guest and visitor safety and/or damages.
Identification is required for all guests upon arrival. All occupants of the room must be 25 years old.
All occupants must be listed on the registration card. If it is discovered that there are more people in the unit than are registered, all will be evicted (including the registered guests) with the forfeiture of all pre-payments and deposits.
Security/Damage Deposit: Deposit must be paid. Security/Damage Deposit will be refunded in-full, upon completion of a unit inspection by housekeeping.noting any pre-existing damage to the unit.. If there is damage to the unit, the owner and resort management will be notified and could result in forfeiture of deposit and possible eviction.
Failure to the leave the unit in a reasonably clean manner can result in an additional cleaning fee.

Laketown Wharf Resort charges guests a one time resort fee $103.66 PER RESERVATION, NOT PER PERSON. Upon booking, you will receive an email link to register all members of your party and pay the fee online prior to your arrival. Upon arrival, you will pick up your reservation packet at the Concierge Desk in the lobby. Each member of your party must wear a wristband to access resort amenities throughout your stay. They accept Credit Card. The Resort fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA.
