This 60-square-meter home was conceived and designed by architect Lydia Hareb to offer you all the comfort and relaxation you need.<br>You’ll have exclusive access to a unique pool, an in-room theater system, an XXL bathtub, a luxury minibar, and plenty of other surprises!<br>We offer the option to rent the villa for a few hours during the day!<br>Rather than opting for a standard pool, we’ve decided to provide you with a pool featuring a bench that seats four people, complete with massage and bubble functions.<br>This pool will allow you to enjoy a conversation and a truly unique moment of relaxation!<br>Its dimensions are 3.80 m x 2.50 m x 1.50 m.<br><br>°°°<br>AMENITIES<br><br>• Top-of-the-line amenities: outdoor pool, walk-in shower, and XXL bathtub, projector, 45-inch TV, air conditioning...<br>• Kitchen: microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher<br>• Bedding: 1 double bed (QUEEN SIZE) and 1 double sleeper sofa.<br>• Living room: 4K TV + Netflix (with your account)<br><br>°°°<br>RULES TO FOLLOW:<br><br>• Groups of more than four guests are strictly prohibited<br>• Smoking indoors (cigarettes, hookah, and other tobacco products)<br>• We do not allow parties or events within the property<br>• The pool is open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM<br>• Since the house is located in a condominium complex, we ask our guests to keep noise to a minimum in the evenings, especially on the terrace<br><br>We do our best to provide you with a unique stay, and we expect the same from our guests.<br>In the event of non-compliance with these rules, we will be forced to intervene on-site, and penalties will be applied.<br><br>°°°<br>GUEST ACCESS:<br><br>The key is kept in a small box; guests will have independent access to the accommodation.
