We had a fantastic stay at this Atrium Villa on Seabrook Island and would absolutely book again! The location truly can’t be beat—just steps from the beach, oceanfront pools, restaurants and golf. Being able to walk everywhere made the trip so relaxing, and the first-floor access was incredibly convenient (especially with our fur babies who loved walking the beach). The two-bedroom, two-bath setup was perfect for our family, offering both privacy and comfort. We especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony—it’s a great spot for morning coffee with peaceful views of the golf course and ocean in the distance. The entire villa felt clean, well-cared-for, and welcoming.Overall, this is an ideal Seabrook getaway—comfortable, convenient, and dog-friendly, which is hard to find. Highly recommend to families or couples looking for a relaxing, beach-centered stay!

Our condo was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated and welcoming. We felt very at home and were able to relax. The location was perfect for us since our family loves both the beach and the golf course. Everyone on the property was so nice and never failed to speak to us. We will definitely be making a return trip

Overall wonderful stay

Lovely condo, enjoyed sitting on balcony people watching with a distant ocean view. Location directly across from the pool, coffee shop and restaurant was extremely convenient. Got to see the dolphins “stranding” which was amazing. Food and drinks were a bit pricey when all the resort fees/taxes were added in. Dog friendly, with lots of walking options for the dogs.

Thank you for the review Christina. We are always happy to read the guest enjoyed the property they chose to visit. Regarding the prices, we are a private gated community and a private club not a resort. We understand that you may have been surprised with the prices to dine and drink here. Remember there are properties that do not include the amenities if that is ever a desire for you when visiting. We look forward to assisting you with another visit in the future. Take care, Renee

Great "Do Nothing" Get-Away

This is a wonderful place to get away and do nothing except relax and enjoy the beach. Though Charleston is nearby, we rarely left the island. The property is across the street from the ocean with access within an easy walk. We went during off-season over the US Thanksgiving holiday in late November. It was quiet and very relaxing. Exactly what we were looking for. The dogs had a good time as well since they can frolic on the beach off-lead that time of year.

The best location on Seabrook!

My husband & two young children stayed in June 2025 for a week. This was our 5th time at Seabrook & 5th time staying in Atrium Villas. We’ve stayed in this specific unit multiple times. It’s close to the parking lot, great patio, across the street from the beach & main pool, next to the golf clubhouse. Seabrook is always clean, feels safe, the beaches aren’t crowded. In this first level condo, you can hear the people above you walking around, just something to be aware of. The kitchen & baths have the necessities, but could use upgrades with the toaster, a removable shower head, more dishes, new dishwasher, etc. The hosts were very attentive & helpful.
