We're pleased that you enjoyed your visit to this ocean area villa within walking distance to all the Beach Club pools and restaurants. Thank you for alerting us to the need for a cleaning -- we've asked the property manager to schedule a deep clean. We look forward to having you back soon!

Jennifer, we are happy you were able to enjoy a portion of your vacation before Hurricane Dorian arrived. We understand you bought rental insurance, to prevent losing money. Please note Coastal Getaway's policy is: When a hurricane/storm has been named and an evacuation order put into place, we always refund the unused portion of your rental. This policy is in place whether a guest has cancellation insurance or not. I'm sorry we are just getting caught up after losing power for several days. We are crediting your account two nights, since you had to evacuate. We hope to see you back on our beautiful island again in the future! Christine

Good Morning Patrick, You spoke with me the morning of your departure about your disappointment with the golf course grounds crew. As I discussed with you that morning, Coastal Getaways has no control over the Club's course maintenance. All golf courses begin maintenance very early in the morning. They need to have the courses ready by first tee times at 7:30/8:00 in the morning. All of the descriptions and many of the pictures for 714 Spinnaker say and show it is directly on the course. You spent 5 nights at the property and did not mention anything to us until the morning of your departure when you called the office to ask what you need to do to before departing (run dishwasher, take out garbage). I apologized to you and you said receiving a reimbursement of the two nights you weren't using would help. I let you know I would check with the owners. If you had called after the first or second morning, we could have potentially moved you. The previous two reservations you have had with us were also on the golf course, one of which was in the same complex as 714 Spinnaker. All of these properties would have also have had golf maintenance outside them in the morning. Coastal Getaways has a varierty of properties throughout the island which are not directly on the courses. We strive to always give our rental guests, and especially repeat rental guests, the highest level of customer service. However, we can not rectify problems after the fact once guests depart the island. Christine
