Enjoy all the comforts of home during your stay. Centrally located just off of Rt. 9 and just a 6 minute drive to the beach, Rt. 17 shopping and restaurants, North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex, Championship golf courses and so much more!

This property offers an open concept kitchen, dining room and living room and half bath on the main level. Guests can relax in the first floor master bedroom (1 King) with a full bath OR in the two bedrooms on the second level each with 2 Queen size beds and their own full bath. Enjoy cooking out on the patio with the gas grill or the warm breeze and view while sitting in the enclosed porch. Boasting ample room for guests, this hide-away is the perfect setting for anything from a long-overdue family reunion to a fun-filled Grand Strand golf retreat. Don’t leave your fur baby behind, this vacation spot is pet friendly allowing 1 dog or cat per stay!

Amenities abound in this delightful home. The kitchen comes equipped with newer full size stainless steel appliances, ample storage space for your favorite beach snacks, and is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils. Laundry can be done using the washer and dryer provided on the second floor. The screened-in back porch overlooks a pond and is comfortably furnished and offers the perfect locale for enjoying your morning cup of coffee (Kuerig coffee pot is provided). For your viewing pleasure, home also features complimentary WiFi access, flatscreen TVs with cable, Apple TV and Chrome-casting capabilities.

1 DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE AVAILABLE, All others first come first serve.

Bed linens are furnished which includes 1 comforter, 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, and 2 pillowcases. Bed linens include 1 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash clothes per guest.

Peaceful retreat

The property was as described and more. Very clean, had all you needed and the pool was a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay here . Safe neighborhood ,which is very important because the houses are right close to each other . Not much personal outside space but there is a tennis court and swimming pool right beside you that the community shares . Everything was well kept ... washer and dryer and large bedrooms with their own bathrooms were nice. It is pet friendly , so theres traces of dogs around .... the beds and bathrooms seemed clean and the kitchen had a nice amount of cooking supplies . We spent a lot of time on the outside patio and enjoyed watching nature at thr pond out back .

Winter Hideaway

Condo located in quiet friendly neighborhood and is 11 miles from the beach. It is comfortable and clean and the screened-in porch and outside patio with gas grill are a bonus.

Nice place to stay!

We had a great visit to North Myrtle Beach. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and right next to the pool and tennis court. We always had two parking spots right in front. About a 10 minute drive to the beach. The townhome is actually much bigger than the pictures portrayed. Lots of space for bigger families. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook at home. Unlike some other rentals the cabinets have spices, flour, oil etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in every way

This is a great location if visiting the Myrtle Beach area. Centrally located for quick easy access to beaches, shopping and sightseeing. Working with the host (Janessa) was flawless. Very responsive, clear communication and extremely pleasant. The townhouse was exactly what was pictured with all the amenities you can think of. Even down to the beach chairs and charcoal for the grill. Great location if you want to access the pool or tennis courts. Our stay was a 10 out of 10

Great for multiple families

The floor plan is great for multiple families. We had 2 families of 4 upstairs each with their own bathroom. The grandparents stayed in the downstairs master suite. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. We were a little disappointed that the only coffee maker was a Keurig, so we had to buy a normal coffee maker. The pool was very nice and just a short walk from the unit. The beach access was about a 6-8 min drive. The Vereen gardens had amazing trails and peaceful scenery. We had a wonderful trip and would consider staying here again.

A well needed vacation !

We had a great stay at Janessa's place. We like the location, being out of the downtown Myrtle Beach area but yet we are minutes away from everything. So many fantastic restaurants to visit. Spent the month exploring the area and just relaxing. Her house is very comfortable. It's nice having so many bathrooms for each bedroom. And her kitchen is well stocked for the cooks. Her house is a great choice !

Great location!

Janessa was great. The place was very clean and fairly close to all of the places we wanted to visit! Right next to the tennis courts and pool was a nice touch! We will definitely consider staying here next time we come to the area!!

This is the place to stay!

This townhouse is well appointed, nicely updated and the beds are SUPER comfortable. Best sleep I've had in a long while. Close to the tennis courts and the pool, which was great! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Janessa, for being a wonderful and attentive host.

Great stay

Stayed here 70 nights waiting for our house to be built. Janessa is great and easy to work with. Condo is better than the pics. Was the perfect place for us to stay.

Nice location

Great proximity to the beach and we were happy to have the pool next to us. Was disappointed that the king size bed was broken. I let the owner know upon arrival and while I was able to correct the issue for a night. It continued to be a problem and I received no follow up until I had to contact her again as the bed was nearly ready to fall apart with us in it. I was notified that the issue would be corrected once we left. This did me no good as I did not quite get what I paid for and did not receive compensation for my trouble.

We stayed a month at this property. They had a hot tub and pool that was very clean and maintained. It was a nice quiet place, exactly what we were looking for. The property manager was very nice and answered all of our questions in a timely manner

Great Spring Break

Our family and puppy enjoyed our stay ! The unit was clean, new, and nicely decorated and adequately sized for everyone to have space. Me, hubby, 3 kiddos (12,14,16) , grandma, and our yorkie. My kids enjoyed tennis everyday ! I enjoyed the patio view of the courts and pool! Also, I loved being 6 minutes away from the beach .. for our daily walks and shell collecting . Unit is Close to many fun activities , the grocery store.. and shopping (Outlets, Broadway at the Beach , barefoot landing .. mini golf.. go-Karting . Just a great week and great accommodations …,, Thank you Janessa !

Return visitors

Our kids request that we continue to visit Little River/Myrtle Beach and stay at Janessa’s VRBO. We love the access to the pool/hot tub and pond when we aren’t touring or at the beach. It’s a great layout and plenty of space for six of us.

I must say that this property was everything mentioned and more. The property owner / manager was EXCELLENT and the location was within 3 miles of the beach.
