Main Street Loft/Luxury 2nd Floor 1100 sq ft Condo

Lofts of Old Town, MAIN STREET LOFT is a boutique high-end luxury rental located directly on Main Street in the Heart of Wine Country in Cottonwood’s Historic Old Town. Imagined by Verde Valley locals and built from the ground up, this modern loft combines upscale comfort, spacious layout, and an unbeatable walkable location.

Natural light permeates every corner of this spacious condo with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and windows. The living room features a 65” flatscreen Smart TV. Step out onto the main balcony off the living room, that overlooks Main Street and is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset while you listen to music from the restaurants across the street.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to be right at home. A KEURIG coffee maker as well as a French press coffee maker are provided. Coffee and tea are also available for your enjoyment

The primary bedroom features an adjustable King bed, 52” TV, large walk-in closet with workspace provided, and a private balcony ideal for morning coffee or quiet relaxation. The ensuite bath includes dual sinks and a large walk-in tile shower.

Every room is equipped with European AC/heat mini splits and large ceiling fans to individually control the temperature of each room. This condo has its own washer and dryer. We strive to only use organic, chemical free soap and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom.

Neighborhood overview:
With plenty to explore by foot, you may decide to keep your car parked at our on site parking the entire time! Walk to any of the fabulous restaurants, antique stores, specialty shops, wine tasting rooms, and more. Old Town Cottonwood is a walkable town, perfectly situated between SEDONA and JEROME

Outside security cameras and a security system ensure a safe and comfortable stay.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Main Street Loft is designed for 2 guest only and no pets. You also must be able to walk up stairs with your luggage as this condo is on the second floor. See pictures.

Very beautiful and well appointed condo in Old Town Cottonwood AZ, walkable to all of the downtown and convenient to travel to Sedona. The host's were very present and really helpful to assist us if we had any concerns - they seemed truly invested in making sure we had a great time. We will be back!

We just returned from a weekend getaway to Cottonwood. The property exceeded expectations in every way. It was very spacious and everything was like new. It is steps from everything in historic Cottonwood. We met the hosts one morning when they were working on one of the vacant units. Patty and Michael are amazing hosts who take great pride in their property. This is the place to stay in Cottonwood. We will definitely be back!

This unit was everything and more on what we expected for this stay. Unit was very clean and compfortable! Location was perfect!! Close to everything in old town Cottonwood. It is upstairs, so, if any mobility issues, this may be a problem. Host was very responsive and helpful. The town decided to shut off electricity for a couple of hours in the evening and the host contacted us to let us know what was going on. A little inconvenient, but did not hampered the rest of our stay and was not the fault of the owner. The only negative, was the competing music between the wine tasting music and bar music playing at the same time that could be heard in the unit due to the location. Not only was it a Friday night, but a holiday weekend as well. The positive was they stopped playing around 10:00 pm. Regardless, we will definitely look to stay here again and will definitely recommend.

We have previously stayed at the Lofts of Old Town properties and it never fails to impress us how perfect they are.Not only are the owners amazingly accommodating but the properties are always in perfect condition.Clean and well equipped, a place you’d be excited and proud to call your own. Comfortable beds, we slept like babies.The location is the best in town.You feel immersed in the old town culture,So much to do and only steps away from restaurants, wine and shopping to hikes and entertainment.We are excited to stay again soon.Thank you Mike and Patty!

This is an amazing VRBO! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The loft was spacious with a full kitchen, living room area, bathroom (with 2 vanities), large bedroom and walk in closet. The place is very well maintained and very clean. Everything looks brand new. We loved the area to hang coats. There are 2 balconies, one that overlooks all of Main Street. Although we didn't cook anything, the kitchen has everything you need (including a Keurig and a French press). We definitely plan on returning!

We enjoyed The Loft on Main Street for an entire week and never ran out of things to do. From hiking near Jerome and enjoying a fine meal at Clinksdale after, to beautiful walks in various spots around Sedona and a visit to Tugizoot National Monument plus the walks accessible right from the condo our time went fast! There are plenty of good restaurants and wineries within walking distance from the condo so no need to drive at night. The condo itself was immaculately clean, well appointed with lovely art on the walls, a great king bed, and two nice balconies. We especially enjoyed having wine on the front balcony and people watching. We will be returning and thank Patty and Michael for all their advice and thoughtful touches.

The loft is immaculate and in a great location to enjoy downtown Cottonwood. Great for a couple looking to get away for a trip. The loft was well decorated, spacious and very clean. Highly recommend.

Great place!

A conveniently located condo right on Main St. in Old Town Cottonwood. Stayed in the one bedroom condo, which is a beautifully appointed and updated space. Owners are friendly and easy to contact. Would stay there again.

Amazing Property

Patty & Mike were so gracious! The property was much more than we expected!! The location was great for our trip. We enjoyed the area restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this property to any couple looking for a relaxing get away in a beautiful area.

Beautiful rental

This property had the best of everything, and we have never stayed in such a beautifully decorated place. It is in a great location to enjoy Cottonwood historic downtown and close to many attractions. The owners are so easy to work with and we had the best experience all-around in this condo.

My husband Michael and I are from NJ and have been vacationing in Arizona for 20 years before moving here over 5 years ago. We love everything about the area. We especially enjoy the hiking, golf and UTV riding.
We do live on site as we built 3 full size condominiums, right on Main Street. We rent 2 of them out as short term vacation rentals. They are the Main Street Loft & Bootlegger's Loft.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

The convenience of staying right on Main Street in the heart of Old Town is that you have on site parking. (No driving around looking for a place to park) Once you park your car, you can walk to any of the fabulous restaurants, wineries, antique stores, boutique stores and more. And a walk to the river on Jail Trail is just steps away. On your way to Jail Trail, don't forget to stop at Seeds, and see the once famous jail cell that Al Capone was said to have stayed in. Please note that the Main Street Loft is a full-size condo on the 2nd floor and you must be able to walk up steps.

Our guest love to sit outside on the front deck overlooking Main Street after a day of hiking or site seeing, where they can listen to music from right across the street and sip wine in the comfort of their own space.
They also enjoy the very private deck off the bedroom.
