Situated on the north side of 30A, this newly remodeled and updated top floor condo has everything you'll need for a special beach getaway. Tucked among the tree tops, the views make you feel like you’re in a grown up tree house! Enjoy a cup of coffee, or a glass of wine on the spacious covered porch overlooking the green space of St. Augustine Park.

The condo has had a recent update, including new furniture, new flooring, new linens, and a kitchen update. The owners have taken care to select a soothing, fresh, beachy palette.

The dining area offers seating for 6 with additional bar stool seating at the kitchen bar. The living spaces are open to one another, allowing for everyone to be part of the action.

The living room has a roomy sectional sleeper sofa and two chairs to curl up on and watch a movie on the huge smart tv.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the tools needed for creating a nice dinner. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a convenient washer and dryer.

The first bedroom is spacious and features a queen bed.

The hall bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.

The master bedroom has a king bed, beautiful light, and a tv. The en-suite bathroom is large with a soaking tub and separate glassed in shower.

Access to all of Rosemary shops and restaurants is through storybook lighted paths and rosemary laden boardwalks.

Situated on St. Augustine Park, in the famed European-styled community of Rosemary Beach, you are within walking distance of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. Your casual stroll to your private beach is shaded with natural vegetation and dotted with cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and galleries within the quaint atmosphere of the town.

In addition to the beach and shops, Rosemary offers 4 stylish pools, miles of paved biking trails, clay tennis courts, and a 2.3 mile fitness path.

On Sundays, Rosemary hosts a large farmers market with fresh produce, flowers, baked goods, and other local delights.

Beyond Rosemary Beach, 30A offers other wonderful neighborhoods to explore including Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach, both of which are within walking distance and feature nature trails, green spaces, shops and dining. Spend a day exploring the unique areas along 30A, including Seagrove, Seaside, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach and Gulf Place.

Off 30A, to the west in San Destin and Destin, you can find more dining and outlet malls and to the east, Pier Park offers shopping, movies, and more.

Of course, there are fishing charters, helicopter rides, snorkeling, and state parks to explore!

Parking is located at the back entrance of the complex on a first come basis. This lot is located off of Hamilton Lane. The stairs/elevator off the back entrance will take you to the entrance that you will access. Additional on street parking is available on a first come first serve basis.
