You can't beat the location and price of this newly decorated studio! This condo includes a king size bed and futon able to sleep a teenager or two small children. Full bath with shower/tub combo, kitchenette, 60"TV, and patio overlooking the pool and hot tub. The Inn at Seacrest Beach is located on Scenic Hwy 30A , within walking or biking distance to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach with plenty of restaurants and shopping. You never have to use your car once you are here. Private beach access is only a short walk (5-7 minutes). If you're looking for a relaxing ,comfortable, and affordable vacation look no further. Includes two beach cruisers and two backpack beach chairs and umbrella.

Ground floor. WiFi. kitchenette with granite counter tops, full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, griddle, blender. Linens and towels provided. Coin-operated laundry down the hall from the condo. Beautiful large pool and hot tub with restrooms. Small dresser, two night stands, and closet with hangers provide plenty of storage.

Perfect location!

While this place was small, it felt cozy and clean and perfect for a weekend trip!! The location was one of our favorite spots we have ever stayed as it was quiet, close to both Alys and Rosemary, and had easy beach access!

Loved it!! Great location, walking distance to both Alys Beach and Rosemary. Loved the bottom floor by the pool and the bikes! We’ll definitely come back!

Perfect getaway

We had a great time staying here. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was awesome! It was also a short, easy walk to get to the beach and tons of shopping and food close by!

The location could have not been better! Right in between Rosemary, Alys and a short walk or tram ride to Seacrest Beach!

Jennifer was amazing with her response time and communication. We were thrilled with the location and amenities the space provided. We loved biking around 30A. Overall had a perfect weekend and are so happy with where we chose to stay!

Enjoyed our stay

This condo had a great location, very close to the beach, and super nice pool. Also bikes for use which was a bonus. Everything was great. The only downside was that the hot tub was cold a few of the days but overall, really happy with our stay!

Great Trip

Our trip was just wonderful. Our accommodations were perfect for the two of us. Beautiful and relaxing. Enjoyed riding bikes. Beach was wonderful. Our hostess was a pleasure. Definitely recommend this condo!

Beautiful Seacrest Stay!

My Husband and I had a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend Stay at Jennifer’s property. She was prompt to reply, courteous, and the check in process was super easy. We LOVED the bikes, they were a wonderful addition to the property, as well as the beach chairs. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful week

I spent a very relaxing week. I love the location—easy walk to Rosemary and Alys. The condo owner was very helpful and responded extremely quickly to messages. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Nice getaway!

I really loved the location of Jennifer’s place. It is practically in Alys Beach and a very short walk to Rosemary Beach. My husband and I enjoyed biking and walking through the gorgeous towns throughout our stay. Jennifer was a great host and was able to answer all my questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

We just needed a place for a short getaway and we found this to be just the ticket. The location is so convenient and within walking distance to everything you need. Beautiful area and we found the property as described and even closer to the pool than we thought. Host was great at communicating and we will maybe go back in the future. Great experience!

Perfect!

We only needed a place to sleep as we went to the beach, to be at the.. beach! It was clean and exactly as advertised. Chairs and bikes a great bonus as well! Kids loved the pool right off of the patio. We will go back for sure!

Perfect getaway

My daughter and I had a wonderful time! It was our first time to the 30A area. The place and location was perfect for the two of us! We loved riding the bikes and going to the shops and restaurants. The beach was really close too. You don’t have to drive your car if you don’t want to. The scenery is beautiful!

The best stay!!

This was an amazing stay, condo is exactly as pictured on the listing! Extremely clean and jennnifer was the BEST host. She is very responsive, and helpful. She truly wants to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bikes were also an amazing touch! 10/10

Relaxing Trip to Paradise

Studio unit was just as described. Excellent location in the heart of Alys and Rosemary Beaches. Bed was very comfortable and shower was great. Bikes included with rental were a plus. Enjoyed sitting in the outside chairs in the sun. We had a bit of bad weather during our stay but we made the best of it and Jennifer was a great host and helped us out along the way. Highly recommend this unit and would come back again.

Great Spot

The place was exactly what we expected and all that we needed. Great location between Alys Beach and Rosemary. We walked, ran and rode bikes all over the communities. Having the bikes included was so nice. We didn’t use the beach gear because we had our own but I can see where it would be helpful if flying in and can’t bring your own. We especially liked our porch and liked being on the first floor. Jennifer was great with communication and was quick to respond. I can tell she takes great pride in her place.

Good location, nice pool

Very nice, close to beach and restaurants. Ground level with a handicapped parking space which was great is with mobility issues. Downsides are it’s VERY small-nowhere to cook and nowhere to put your luggage- and the bed really needs a new mattress-lumpy and soft. I did notify the host that we had to rotate the mattress in order to sleep on it. Hopefully it will get replaced before someone else stays there.

Thank you for the nice comments. As stated in the description it is 325 square feet but I regularly prepare breakfast on the griddle when I am there so it is possible to cook. I have also supplied a luggage holder, small dresser and night stands with drawers, and a closet with hangers so I hate you didn't feel like you had room for your things. The mattress is on the softer side but we know that's a preference issue and you can't please everyone in that area but I do visit often and replace items when needed. Thank you for your feedback.

Fourth of July Stay

I loved staying here over the Fourth of July holiday. It was a very nice place! A few things in particular that I loved: 1. The shower water pressure was amazing! 2. The bed was comfortable 3. The kitchen counter came out a little bit at the end which was a nice touch 4. There were beach chairs and very nice umbrella that we got to use when we went to the beach 5. Access to the beach a few blocks away I would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others! Thanks for a great stay!

I will visit again, will likely not stay here

Cats stink, room is in disrepair, cats crap in the pine straw along side the patio, cat crap stinks. Beach was awesome, tram was good, food in the area was great, being with family was great, the beach equipment was flat worn out and dirty, cats stink.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I wish you had reached out to me during the week you were there if you were not satisfied. I'm not sure what you mean by the condo being in disrepair as I was just there a few weeks ago have gotten only 5 star reviews since that time.
