- Placering er alt! Denne søde studio har alt. Kun få skridt væk fra den fantastiske Clearwater Beach, men alligevel på bugten med to deepwater båd slips. Ingen båd, ingen bil ?? Ingen problemer! Der er også en døgnåben fiskerihavn og en opvarmet pool. Tilbring en aften grillet på den tropiske gårdhave med udsigt over den smukke vandvej.

Denne studio er fuldt udstyret: køleskabe, stole, fiskestænger til rådighed efter anmodning, spil, bøger, en fuld størrelse seng og futon. Gratis parkering - ingen bil nødvendig - centralt for alt (herunder Pier 60) og en strandvogn. WHITE SAND Beach ...

Great stay

We stayed here for a short getaway and loved the location and condo. Close to the beach, with a beautiful view and pier on the backside of the condo, and a nice pool that was never too busy

Clean, with a great location

My wife and I stayed for a couple of days and although the weather did not cooperate the stay was wonderful. The location is a little tucked away but only a few steps from the beach and everything else Clearwater Beach has to offer. We will definitely stay there again.

Great studio and a fabulous property , well, equipped, and a great owner to communicate with if needed. Close to all the attractions, the beach, restaurants and bars.

Clearwater Bliss

We loved our stay. The property was perfect for us. Very clean and the location was awesome. It was walking distance from everything including the beach. Check in was a breeze and the pool was perfect. Overall a 10 all around.

Comfortable studio in fantastic location

The studio apartment was just fine for our needs. Great location - everything was walking distance. The heated pool was ACTUALLY warm. I would definitely recommend.

Adorable, Affordable, and AWESOME!

My wife and I had a wonderful week at the Coral! The property was very well maintained with gorgeous native plants. Our room was clean, fresh, and as advertised online. The pool was perfect, and the dock was a great place to watch the sunrise or spend time looking at the stars as the waves brushed the shoreline. The property manager was quick to respond and so nice to take care of our needs. Can't wait to return!

Great location but not what I expected

The room was very small! The pictures made it look bigger then what it was. It says sleeps 4 but to be comfortable I would say sleep only 2 people. The beach is less then 5 min walk and its straight down the road. Tons of restaurants and things in walking distance around. The pier is about a 10min walk. Great location just very small. We ran out of trash bags and toilet paper and was told we needed to bring our own when nothing on the website stated that. very quiet place would be great for a couple. No other issues were ran into. Ill stay here again but not with 4 people.

Beach Vacation

The stay was amazing. Condo was nice and located super close to the beach which was nice. Laura was a super host and didn’t hesitate to accommodate to our needs.

Cute couples getaway

This spot is in the perfect location to the beach, the main bars, and all the resturants. Was able to walk everywhere within a few minutes. Amenities were described accurately and very useful. Very beautiful view of the bay. Overall very happy with our stay and was just what we were looking for.

A very cozy condo in a great neighborhood. It’s biggest benefit is definitely it’s location. Great place to stay for a fun beach weekend

I would not stay here again.

The pictures of the inside make the inside look better and cleaner than it is. Yes, it was renovated, but poorly done and many years ago. The cleaning between guests is not thorough and the place needs a DEEP clean (ie. the kitchen drawers cleaned etc). The ladies that work in the office are very nice and helpful. Beach access is great and lots of wonderful restaurants nearby. The grounds are well maintained. Cockroaches: I knew that there was or had been an issue when I saw the dozen or so baits out in the room, but it wasn't until we came home after dark and turned on the lights until we got treated with the scattering giant cockroach. Yes, I understand this is Florida and there are bugs...but I lived in Miami for 3 years and never saw a cockroach in my house so this can be prevented. The owners need to hire a PROFESSIONAL exterminator to address the issue and not merely put out the baits that don't work. They obviously knew there was an issue and they should resolve it appropriately!

Great location

Was very easy to rent and the price was good . Bathroom was a little tight but with that being said the pool and right on the harbor as well as everything was average of 3 blocks walking distance ... even the beach ... more than makes up for that..will stay again .. thanks for the great stay

Beyond amazing!

The plan was a relaxing Labor Day/Birthday. It was so wonderful. The location is perfect & the people are amazing! The rental is small, cute & cozy. The owner, Laura, is the most sweetest person ever! I dealt with two of the girls, Patty & Michele, they are so sweet as well. If you need any pictures taken, Michele was there to assist. Thank you all so so much! Laura, I will definitely be renting from you again. I loved every moment there! Thank you for the most amazing birthday vacation yet! 😘

Decent place, great location!

Overall my family had a great experience while staying at coral resort room A5. The place was clean and neat. Enough room for myself, hubby and 2 toddlers to crash after long day at the beach and exploring the city.

Centrally located

We had a nice stay...the room was small but for the price, not bad at all since all we did was sleep there...Patty who worked the office while we were there was great and very helpful and friendly..the other people that were staying there were friendly...it was within walking distance from pier 60 and the beach...a lot of stores and restaurants in the area...Thank you Laura for letting us stay at your place...we will be calling again

Fantastic

The property was well maintained. It is a great get away. Travel light and walk everywhere you want to go...Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation. The dock is peaceful and the beach is beautiful.

Amazing location, great value!!

My wife and I got lucky and found this spot after a lot of searching. The condo is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and to great bars and restaurants. The room has everything you need - comfortable bed, cold A/C, nice bathroom, and fridge with ice maker. It's not a big room, but hopefully you're out exploring the area. Free parking and easy check in process. Great value - would definitely stay here again!

It is a small studio space but perfect for a vacation.

What a great place to take a trip. Once you arrive at this condo there is no need to drive while there. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The pool at the condo is heated and there are plenty of chairs if you want to lay out by the pool. The condo itself is small but it has everything you need including the fridge and microwave! Overall this is a great place to stay for a nice relaxing vacation.

Great home base located next to the water

Great location for our home base while my wife and I explored the area for five days – besides the local beach, we took day trips north to Dunedin (Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands) and Tarpon Springs, south to Fort De Soto and Anna Maria Island. We found the studio clean and the perfect size for one or two people. We used the Murphy bed and found it very comfortable. I borrowed some poles from the office and had a good time fishing off their private dock at any hour I chose. Great restaurants just a short walk away. It is in good shape, but this is an old building and shows some signs of age. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Very unhappy

Was not as described on the Web site. Was not clean and full size bed was really a Murphy bed. Apparently the photos were taken quite some time ago.

Considering a beach vacation ? I did, and I never left! Come Join me at the most beautiful... white sand.. my favorite... Clearwater Beach. Voted best beach town and best beach for many years! The Gulf water is beautiful and warmer than our pacific ocean friend. I prefer the calm waters of the West Coast of Florida, as it is lovely for fishing , boating jetsking and paddle boarding.

These little private owned originals on the beach are a slice of heaven on earth. The managers are so nice & actually live on the property. They can tell you first hand where and what to do. They can also be your guardian angle and give you the do's and the dont's. Its always nice when traveling to have a private establishment because they will have your best interest and safety at heart.

There is a bike rack to store bikes should you rent one .

Clearwater Beach is a small island. I love that everything is in walking distance. Plenty of restaurants, beach shops, clubs/bars, a few cigar bars, buffets, rentals of jet skiing, parasailing, fishing charters, speed boats, dolphin tours & paddle boarding. The pirate boat, the sunset cat, tropics and the dinner boat.. ALL are so much fun. Come play in the sand and when your done, sdee a free movie on the big outdoor screen on the lawn at pier 60.
