UPDATE: There is a summer shuttle running daily 8am-9pm from our street. Backed directly to the National Forest with sweeping views of Peak 10 and Quandary Peak, this private Breckenridge home offers rare direct access to hiking and biking right from the backyard. Step through the gate to access the Burro Trail or take a short walk to a nearby stream. After a day outside, relax on the patio with comfortable seating, a large shade umbrella, a private hot tub, and a fire pit—perfect for summer evenings under the stars.

Designed for families and groups, the home sleeps up to 12 guests and combines indoor comfort with exceptional outdoor living. The fenced backyard offers privacy and flexibility for kids and pets—an uncommon feature in Breckenridge—while the open living areas make it easy to gather, cook, and unwind together. This home works as a true basecamp for summer activities with quick access to trails, town, and mountain views in every direction.

Great stay

Our group had a great stay at this property. Closeness to the town and the ski lifts is a great plus. The shuttle arrived right outside the house as advertised. The house is ski in/ski out, albeit with a little bit of hiking. Overall 5 stars!

Amazing white Christmas

The house was amazing! Clean and cozy! Had everything we needed plus some. Definitely would stay again. Highly recommend taking shuttle to main st. Shuttle picks up every 10-15 minutes.

Loved the house! It was so nice that it was stocked with coffee, laundry supplies, and paper goods that we did not have to purchase when we arrived. Katie was amazing and very helpful. We will definitely stay again!

Winter Wonderland!

What a treat to stay at the modern mountain house! The home was spacious, airy, clean and full of beautiful mountain light! The kitchen was well stocked, the living room and bedrooms comfortable, and outback was simply magical! The hot tub was perfect after full days of skiing and we had a couple fox for visitors.

I love this house! And Katie is so helpful and a great communicator. Any question I had, she was quick to respond and even offered more than I asked! We have stayed here multiple times and absolutely love it!! I can’t decide which is better - summer here or winter!! We love the ability to ski in/ski out in the winter, or jumping on the shuttle if we don’t want to navigate the woods. And then the hot tub, either first thing with our coffee or at night to ease our sore muscles! Some days we did both!! The view is amazing!!! We also love hiking from here in the summer. The view of the forest is so restorative to our souls. We love having our whole family here. We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect Getaway

Perfect spot for a large group getaway, huge couch with room for all, huge kitchen for large meal prep, couldn't ask for more. Ski-out is approximately a 5 minute walk away, then downhill to Beaver. Ski-in (coming back home) not so simple, quite a hike, but a free shuttle from base takes you right to the driveway. Great house!

It was a beautiful property and home! Clean and spacious. We had ages from 87 to 16 and all were comfortable and had a fabulous weekend. Loved being picked up at the end of the driveway and taken into town and to the slopes! Would highly recommend this property!

Outstanding Breckenridge stay — one of our favorite mountain rentals.This home was exactly what we hoped for in a Breckenridge vacation rental. The location in the Warriors Mark / White Cloud area was excellent—close to Breckenridge Ski Resort, convenient to downtown restaurants and shopping, yet private and peaceful enough to feel like a true mountain retreat.The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well equipped for our group. The layout worked really well, giving everyone space to spread out while still having inviting common areas to gather after skiing and exploring. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the home felt thoughtfully prepared for guests.The mountain setting is beautiful, and the amenities made the stay even better—especially the hot tub after long days outdoors. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host/property manager was prompt, helpful, and professional from start to finish.This is an excellent choice for families, couples traveling together, or friend groups looking for a Breckenridge home base with easy access to skiing, hiking, and downtown.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Breckenridge.

Our stay was amazing! With our large group, it was nice that each family had their own room. The house was absolutely beautiful! We utilized the free shuttle that took us down to the chair lift which was very convenient. We couldn't figure out how to ski in/ski out from the house, but I highly doubt there was enough snow anyways. Katie was extremely punctual anytime I had a question for her. When we first checked in (which was earlier than the normal check in time) the door code wouldn't work. I got a hold of Katie and within minutes she remotely opened the door for us and the problem was fixed. Great hosts for sure!! Overall, it was a great trip! Would recommend this property 10/10!

Peaceful Scenery & Convenient Shuttle to Lifts

A stunning home with a great layout. Tired guests can retire to the bedrooms upstairs while others cozy up to an inviting fireplace downstairs to play games. Excellent amenities included large bathrooms with steam, a hot tub that looks out into a quiet pasture, and a well stocked kitchen. Visited Breckenridge several times over the last 10 years and this has been the best house, hands down. The shuttle service practically stops at the front door and runs so frequently. Our group of friends had the best weekend ski trip and felt so cozy.

Amazing long weekend in Breckenridge!

A group of 9 of us stayed at this property this past weekend and it couldn't have been more perfect. The space itself was the perfect size for a big group - everyone had their own space and we were all able to be together with the large open floor plan on the first floor. We utilized the ski in/ski out option both days which put us just a short 3-5 minute walk to and from the house. The hot tub was perfectly clean and ready to be used the second we stepped on the property. Thank you to the property management team!

Beautiful newly renovated home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Breck. Katie was super responsive. The house was spotless, well appointed and had everything you need for our group of 9. The recent updates are beautiful. The ski access from the neighborhood is very accessible. Depending on the amount of snow I would recommend taking the shuttle back that will drop you off at the driveway. The shuttle runs every 15 min right by the house.

Gem In The Mountains

If you are looking for a place to stay in the Mountains of Colorado... look no further. This location is top notch. There were multiple highlights of this property: Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need, plenty of space to relax, a garage with remote control for convenience, close enough to town yet very private, the shuttle that picked our skiers up from the bottom of the driveway and a private hot tub to enjoy with just our party. Not to mention that this location backs up a forest and we had a very friendly fox come to visit us every morning of our stay. The entire experience was incredible. I highly recommend giving this location a try. I hope we get the chance to stay again next year.

Perfect group ski getaway

Our group had an amazing time staying here. Everyone had nothing but compliments for me on booking this house. The 5 bedrooms fit our group perfect. There was always hot water when showers were needed and the hot tub was great when we came off the slopes. The kitchen was fully stocked and the additional spices in the pantry was great. It was not in walking distance but we did utilize the shuttle some. We came on Presidents’ Day weekend so the shuttle system was a little bogged down but it worked OK when we needed it. That’s the only reason I gave it a 4 star on location. Other than that the location was peaceful and the new upstairs room had amazing views. We would definitely come back on our next visit.

Great house for a ski trip

The house had a ton of space for our group of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with pans/ baking sheets/ utensils. The private hot tub was a huge plus and it was very clean, perfect for soaking in after a day on the slopes. Skiing out of the house was fairly easy. There is a trail right down the road that leads to the mountain, we just skied down the road for a few hundred feet and then onto the trail. Skiing back to the house from the mountain is definitely more challenging, but it is a fun tree run. We followed the trees marked with red dots and that lead us right back to the trail we entered from; from there it is about a 3 minute walk back up to the house. The shuttle was very convenient and runs every 15 minutes; it will pick up and drop off right and the end of the driveway.

Excellent place to stay! Short walk to the entry of trail where you can ski to Lower Lehman. Skiing back to same trail at the end of the day just as easy. Plenty of space for your crew. Would definitely stay again!

Escaping the heat of Texas summers into this mountain retreat that backs to the White River National Forest was an easy decision. We like the area for all the adventure opportunities. Hiking, Sailing, Cycling, Mountain Biking, Snowshoeing, Skiing, Horseback Riding, Rock Climbing. In the summers, we hike and bike out the back. During the winters, we teach ski school part-time out of The Village and ski or snow shoe to work. It's wonderful.

We have a beautiful view of Quandry Peak, Mount Baldy and Peak 10 from the couch or hot tub. Wildlife visitors include chipmunks, birds, squirrels, moose, fox, a pine martin and baby bears.
