Island Park-West End of OIB

Welcome to Kiki's Cottage! 2 King master bedrooms with attached full bathrooms. Our home is 140 steps to public beach access, and one of the closest houses to the beach in the charming Island Park neighborhood.
Relax on either of the 2 decks. Our favorite is the back deck overlooking the lagoon. Bring your fishing rod and try to wrangle a Red Drum-you'll hear them splash! There are also 2 community pools to enjoy.

This house is clean. Sleeps:10. 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Sets of Twin Bunks. Home also includes pack and play and booster seat. Long Lagoon View in backyard, ocean views from front porch. Outdoor shower and plenty of car parking along with outdoor living space.
2 community pools and access to 2 community dry docks for fishing in Jinks Creek. Bring your boat. Jinks Creek is adjacent to Intracoastal Waterway.
Approximately 1.5 miles to NC Wildlife boat launch ramp.
- 2 minute walk to The Isles Restaurant.
- 20 minute drive to Calabash, and 30 minute drive to N Myrtle Beach

Great property. Location was great with the beach a short walk away. The community pool was wonderful also just a short walk away. The property had everything we needed for a great week at the beach.

OIB VACATION

We had a wonderful time at this beach house. We love the layout and the house was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and the ocean views from the front porch. We hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful home!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, and included everything we needed for a fantastic vacation! The walk to the ocean was very short and easy, even with a little one in tow. Thanks to the Simmons family for the wonderful accomodations!

Lovely family vacation

We loved the home, the area, and our overall vacation. The house was very clean, nicely stocked and the owners were very responsive. Our only issue was a lot of steps if you have any back or knee issues, but I think that comes with any beach house in the area. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. Again, we loved our time here.

Great house!

We had a great time this past week! Kristin was the best host answering all my random questions :) we had kids 1-8 in age, and the house and location were awesome. Evening bike rides around the neighborhood were the kids obsession, and such a short walk to the beach!

Wonderful getaway at the beach!

We had the best time at Kiki’s Cottage. The Owners were helpful and responsive. The property was clean and nicely updated. Perfect size for our group of 3 families. Just a short 5 min walk to the beach. The kids had a blast playing basketball and fishing in the pond behind the home. We would definitely visit again!

Awesome location, decor, space and hosts.

We visited for a girls weekend and had the best time. The hosts are so easy to communicate with and respond quickly. The house is in the PERFECT location with great views on both sides. The inside decor is adorable so so spacious. We had 10 women comfortably. Would highly recommend!

Loved it!

We had a wonderful week at Ocean Isle! The property and house were beautiful and proximity to the ocean was great! Our kids loved watching the turtles and fish in the pond in the back and there were so many places to sit outside and enjoy the morning or evening. Absolutely recommend this house! We'll be back!

Perfect family vacation!

The property was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 small children. The hosts couldn’t have been any more helpful and responsive - which was greatly appreciated! We enjoyed the closeness to the beach and our daughter especially enjoyed fishing in the backyard and nearby dock. We also loved the neighborhood pools! The house was one of the cleaniest we’ve ever stayed in and was stocked with more amenities than expected - we will be back ❤️☀️

Fabulous!!!

We decided last minute to get away. Had a price maximum and this fit the bill. The house was one of the best we have stayed at in a while. Very clean and comfortable , lots of room for the 3 of us. Quiet neighborhood and we slept the best we have in months. Loved this place!

Location and potential. This house was the former model home of Island Park when it was being built. We have given it many modern updates and touches of home. We are 140 steps from the beach access. We have children and understand that being close to the beach is key. We also have provided new beds and bedding to make your sleep the best it can possibly be! Ocean View from the front, and a long lagoon view from the back. Not many can say that!

Island Park is such a charming neighborhood. The west end holds many special memories for our family. Our boys have grown up wading across the sound towards Sunset Beach.
