Recently Renovated 2BR/2BA Townhouse with Pond Views

You will enjoy our 2 BR/ 2BA townhouse located within walking distance to downtown Bethany Beach and all the wonderful things it has to offer. This townhouse is located less than a mile from the beach in a quiet neighborhood of The Villas of Bethany West. Located within steps of fantastic restaurants and shops. The community has a pool, playground, tennis courts and dock access to Salt Pond. From this townhouse the tennis courts and pool are steps away. With this rental you will have access to 2 adult beach cruisers, 2 kids bikes, kayak, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys.

The townhouse is recently updated and includes all kitchen appliances and even a washer/dryer that will create a comfortable stay. There is also a smart TV with login access to your favorite sites; along with cable and WiFi.

The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master has a queen bed with a new mattress and recently renovated bathroom. The second bedroom has beautiful views of the pond and has a twin over full bunk beds; both with new mattresses as well as a 2nd newly renovated bathroom. You will need to bring your own linens for your stay; both bed and bath linens.

Off of the back deck, there are pond-facing views, outdoor shower, outdoor seating and gas grill. This community also offers Bethany Beach Trolley stops that are an easy walk from the home.

This house is non-smoking and sorry no pet friends. Minimum renter age: 30.

We loved our first visit to Bethany Beach! The house was very clean and had so many nice conveniences like a washer/dryer bikes, and beach chairs, which made our stay easy and comfortable. The beach was an easy short drive or longer walk, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The pool was lovely, and the cute trolley made getting around so convenient. We made great memories and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Summer Vacation!

My teenage son and I had a great time at Bart’s place. Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Bart was wonderful to work with, making our stay easy and enjoyable. Hope to be back next year!

Excellent Area

The house was very clean and we appreciated the space, the community has a pool and tennis/pickle ball courts, and the community is close (walking distance) to a variety of restaurants. The bus is wonderful for getting to and from the ocean if you don't want to drive. You feel like you are close to everything but also hidden away at the same time.

Cute little 2 floor townhome. Simple and clean. Great location close to Bethany boardwalk and food within walking distance. We loved the community pool too!

Quiet and family friendly!

We had a wonderful visit to Bethany Beach. The condo is the perfect size for our family of four. We love the peaceful open space and access to the very nice pool area! The trolley was a fun outing and access to the beach was easy with the provided beach parking pass! Bart was quick to respond to every question and had easy solutions and suggestions for us everytime!Riding bikes was fun and restaurants close by were so convenient and yummy!We definitely want to stay there again next year!Thank you!!

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying here! We love the location. It’s so nice to be able to walk to some restaurants, but also the pool and trolley stop is right by the house. We’re hoping to return next year!

We had a nice stay at this townhouse, close to Bethany Beach. Bart was very responsive to inquiries and provided early access, which helped us enjoy the first day at Bethany. Some minor challenges included connecting to the TV (hulu), ironing board/no iron, having to sweep off the back deck, which was covered in pine needles. Overall, great location and responsive host.

Beach Life at Bethany Beach

My family & I enjoyed our stay. Property was clean, close proximity to beach. Any questions were answered promptly. There are some adjustments that can be made to make the property perfect. 1. Blind s/b installed at front door, you can look right into house(I mention this because it was mentioned in previous review and not corrected). Blind also, needed at back sliding door, leading to deck. Additional TV would be great as well in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Owner Bart was great. We definitely would stay here again, if available next year.

Lovely townhouse

We had a great stay - everything was very clean, the townhouse is even nicer than it looked in photos, and the location is perfect-so convenient to everything but nice and quiet like we were hoping. We also lucked out with some really stellar weather!

We really enjoyed staying here! The location was perfectly located to the pool and trolley. We also liked that we could walk to some restaurants and coffee shops. We had a great stay and highly recommend!

A nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Great location just 5 min from the beach. Owner provided many accessories for beach going. We would definitely stay again.

Bethany Beach is new go to place

Have always gone to Rehoboth Beach, but Bethany has a much more relaxed vibe. The free beach shuttle is great. This condo is less than 2 miles from the beach. Nothing fancy, but clean and affordable, with access to pool and tennis.

Great location and condo

The condo was extremely clean! It came with toys for the beach, beach chairs and a beach parking pass. The pool was so close and so nice it had a covered baby pool. The trolly also stopped outside the condo which was so nice to take into town. I would definitely recommend this place!

Peaceful and Quiet

My husband and I enjoyed our long weekend stay in Bethany. The townhouse is perfect for two and located in a quiet, wooded community with views of the pond. The location is great and we were able to walk to several restaurants or downtown. We're not big beach people and it was off-season, so we didn't use any of the available items, but it seemed to be well eqipped. Even though it's just off the highway at the beach, you feel like you're in a more secluded location!

Had a great time

We stayed here a second year. Close to pool, along trolley route, and nice, clean townhome. We also enjoyed biking in the community. The owner is very responsive.
