Enjoy a beach break at a family-friendly condo that celebrates the beach! You'll perk up after travel immediately when you step inside this condo full of natural light and casual beach decor. Chill out on the private furnished patio, or break out the private gas grill for a delicious dinner. The main area is separated from the bedrooms by a door, so you'll be able to head off to bed peacefully. If you want an even deeper sleep, just pull the room darkening shades closed. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool during their stay.

It's just a short walk from the condo to the beach and the San Clemente Pier - it's a very walkable one-third-of-a-mile! Guests can connect easily to the San Clemente Beach Trail. Rent a bike from Urban Bicycle Outfitters (one-and-a-half miles away) to coast along the trail with ease. Enjoy an early dinner at Pierside Kitchen & Bar two blocks away, or take in something sweet at La Galette Creperie.

THINGS TO KNOW
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning, but does feature ceiling fans. The ocean breeze is also effective for cooling the interior.
The shared garage is narrow and fits a compact car; Street parking is available
Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).
This home features old plumbing. Please do not flush any products down the drain.
Two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are available for guest use.
A high chair, age-appropriate games, and beach toys are available for younger guests.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Amazing for kids!

Such a perfect location close to the beach, with incredible views of the ocean! So great for kids as well, for them to be able to beach it up all day, then come back and enjoy the pool area while we prepped dinner with the patio BBQ. Highly recommend!

Great location, spacious condo

Super close to the pier and San Clemente Beach but enough distance to not feel too crowded. The building is old but this unit is kept very clean, with great set of amenities. Vacasa team is very easy to interact with. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Location

Perfect location to access the beach and pier and loved having a patio that we could view and hear the ocean from. The unit is a bit dated but had everything no we needed. Beds were comfortable and we always appreciate the little things like adequate cookware and puzzles or other small things for entertainment. With no AC we had the windows open the whole time so it can get a bit noisy but overall it was a comfortable stay.

Very unkept

The couch was filthy windows had cracks and some no screens parking was a nightmare I am asking to get some of cleaning deposit back since they offered to come clean couch while I was there but should have been done prior I have a very disappointed I thought your properties had higher standards Still waiting to hear back about some reimbursement I even payed extra deposit if case something broke everything was so old appliances was so not worth the money

Great spot by the beach!

This really is a cheerful little condo; it is in a fabulous location steps away from the beach with a great patio, pool, and balcony. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Location. No Bells and Whistles.

Bright apartment with an easy walk to the pier and food. Couch needs a good stain remover and adequate towels and foldout linens should be provided for all guests.We were a party of 5 and only 1 bath towel, hand towel and washcloth were available. Our kids slept on the fold out and would have really appreciated a comforter to keep them warm.

Awesome place!

This place was perfect! a short walk to the beach and pier.It was clean and comfortable and had a nice ocean view! You can hear the surf at night with the windows open.

Affordable 2 bd near beach - very convenient

Loved being so close to the beach. Short walk to beach and pier and restaurants. Comfy beds, but older building with very old windows and bathroom, and not very quiet with people coming and going upstairs and other nearby units. Hard to sleep in.

Surfer Crash Pad NOT “Cheerful Condo”

The good: - Location is close to the pier, it does have an ocean view from the outdoor patio. - Vacasa support was very responsive. The bad: - Property is very dated - rusted fixtures in the bathroom, doors that don’t fully close, no toilet paper can be flushed (😐), only a few power outlets can power a laptop top, windows are challenging to open and have no screens. - The kitchen can not support anyone that wants/needs to cook - one (1) small pan, 2 pots, utensils are very cheap and old, cooking utensils are non-functional and old, one (1) kitchen hand towel. - The bathroom has not been updated in 50+ years, cleaned but rust/age makes it feel dirty, water pressure is poor. - bedrooms show nice bedding and bed skirts in pictures, but reality is no bed skirts, metal portable bed frames, cheap lamps and furniture. - pool - is also very dated and in need of general maintenance. It was cleaned after requested, but there were just so many bugs and chips on the pool bottom, it is not something you want to use other than to put your feet in to cool off. - noise - the condo above was doing full demolition all week, floor and window removal, sawing and drilling all day, workers up and down ladder in front of the open windows (there’s no a/c). - traffic - it is close to the pier on the main street by the beach, that means anyone (car or motorcycle) that wants to cruise and show off their stereo, engine, singing voice etc, you will hear all of it.

Unfortunate

This apartment photographs far better than the condition it is in, it was more worn that expecting. The statement on the website does not go far enough when it say items cannot be flushed down the toilet. Absolutely nothing, including toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. So be prepared to throw your toilet paper in the garbage can each time or wait for a public restroom. Also there was construction in the unit above which caused slamming and thudding noises for more than two days and improved impossible to enjoy the unit or conversation inside during the day.

Worst Vrbo we’ve ever experienced.

We couldn’t use the pool, as it was freezing cold, the laundry facility was not working, the toilet paper couldn’t be flushed in the toilet, the furniture was unsafe; the nightstand fell on our 5 year old. The place was old and in desperate need of remodeling, especially the bathroom!

Location was GREAT!

The location here was GREAT that’s why I went to 3 starts instead of 2! The property management company was not great to work with. I wanted to switch dates not a refund in anyway just simply needed to check in ONE day earlier Monday instead of Tuesday and check out on Thursday instead of Friday. I was told it was available to rent but couldn’t switch dates, even if it was just ONE day before! I had to pay for an extra day instead of them just helping me by moving my checkin ONE day earlier. After paying extra they decided to have a remodel going on upstairs while I stayed downstairs, I could hear EVERYTHING! Banging all day long!! Please know walls are SUPER thin and you can hear everything including every step taken upstairs! It was nice to have a parking spot but was never told that it was in the building next door, so someone left me a note to move my car to another spot, embarrassing, for sure. They also emailed me the incorrect code to the lockbox so I had to call them to get in when I got there in the dark!

Great location/area, paper thin walls

Pros - The location is a 10/10 - great ocean view from balcony. Ocean breeze at night, one block walking distance to all restaurants and beach.. the condo itself has all the essentials and was fairly tidy and the bed is very comfy, hotel quality. The cons - the upstairs tenant is rude and loud. Every night he hung out right outside our balcony window and drank beers with neighbors and rev up their loud motorcycles until dark (I have a 2 and a 3 year old so not ideal) - He would play loud music and his tv NIGHTLY past 1030-11 pm and literally vibrates through the ceilings making relaxing and having a quiet vacation night next to impossible (again keeping my young kids awake) being that the walls are paper thin - street noise very loud with the master facing the street many things wake u up - you will need a bag of quarters for the shared laundry which wasn’t mentioned in ad - vacasa takes days if not longer to email you back which sucks when you have questions.. I’ve felt that staying at VRBO’s with owner-run places usually having better and quicker service I didn’t want to give this place a mediocre rating because the neighborhood is really cool, the condo is cozy and very bright, and San clemente is such a great place to visit, but there are definite issues with other people in the building who clearly despise having vacationers living below them, which hindered some of our experience

Perfect location and Very Clean

Check in was so easy with a lock box on the railing and was pleasantly surprised at how light, bright and clean the unit was. The location is excellent and a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach! Would love to stay here again!

Spring Break 2022

We LOVED the location, the pool, the beds, the balcony, the view..... It was PERFECT for us! Being able to walk to the pier, several great restaurants and one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen is what sets this condo apart. We will be back!

Perfect little get-away

Great Comfy Stay!

This place was perfect for two couples and a little doggy. Comfortable, clean, kitchen had lots of the stuff you need to prep food and drink. Our own parking spot. Loved the pool! REALLY close to the beach with a view of the ocean from the deck. Would I stay again? YES...I'm going back to this property in two weeks.

San Clemente R&R

We needed a joyful place to rest after getting our son out of 8 days in ICU from a traumatic brain injury from skateboarding. This place was perfect for us. It is very close to the beach, food, and shops! Definitely one of the best places we have stayed at. The property manager was super helpful to us as well.

Very relaxing place

Family oriented and relaxing place. You have everything there and it's super close to the beach as well as restaurants, bars, stores etc... will recommend it to all my friends for sure.

Great location, well appointed apartment!

Just steps from the ocean, this place would be perfect for a family get-away. Two bedrooms with comfy beds. A well-appointed kitchen. A grill, with outdoor seating on a balcony with an ocean view. We loved going to Bear Coast Coffee just down the street for coffee and breakfast. The walking path by the ocean is perfect and so close by. Highly recommend!

Beach weekend

Overall very good. Easy walk to the beach. Coffee on the deck with ocean view. Con- no ventilation in 2 bedroom( windows will not open) light very bright in that bedroom as well from outside security lights. Need more fans and black out shades or curtains. Had a wonderful time!! Thank you!

Cute condo!/Excellent location!!

My two girlfriends and I spent 3 nights at this condo this last weekend and it was awesome! We loved the location; walked to the pier and beach daily and also walked to stores/restaurants in town. There is also a trolley that runs daily and picks up down by the pier/restaurant area and goes up Avenida Del Mar to shops, etc. it was a perfect spot for beautiful surroundings, shops and fun restaurants/bars. We also swam in the pool at the end of the afternoons to cool off. Beds were super comfy. Bathroom is out of date, but works fine. Sleeping was a little warm because old Windows do t open. But the manager had a handyman bring us an air conditioning unit!! Very responsive and accommodating!! Would love to go back!!
