This apartment is located in the favorite part of the town for ex-pats and foreigners - Vera, 5 minutes away from Rooms Hotel Tbilisi and Stamba. Vera is also one of the oldest and the most characteristic parts of Tbilisi. The unique feature of this property is its amazing wine cellar, reflective of the true Georgian experience. You can have a romantic wine evening there, gather with friends, or simply be a solo "Degustator."
The apartment includes a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a wine cellar. There is a charming corridor with Georgian style wooden windows. The place has one bath in the bedroom and an additional restroom for the guests.
Vera is by far one of the best and the most vibrant parts of Tbilisi, reflecting its unique character and vibe. There are numerous hip cafes and gourmet restaurants all around you. The old town is a pleasant walk away. Rustaveli Avenue is 5 minutes from you as well as the high-end Vake neighborhood.
You are fine mostly on foot as the apartment is in the center. However, should you need transport: Rustaveli Subway station is 10 minutes away and the nearest bus stop is 5 minutes walk down Janashia street.
