It's all about the beach! Wild Dunes villa with ocean and pool view

From the moment you walk through the front door you will be amazed with the spectacular views out to the beach and the ocean. You and your family will not want to leave this bright, cheery and spacious high end villa with a beautiful open plan. The kitchen and the dining area are well equipped with a gas range, and updated cabinetry. It is the perfect place for entertaining the entire family. New for 2025: brand new LVP flooring throughout (exception of baths). Stay tuned for updated photos end of June 2025

This beautiful 3BR and 3BA, is spread out over two levels with a large private sun deck off the master bedroom upstairs giving you the most beautiful views of the beach and the ocean. Relax on the teak loungers with a cocktail and enjoy the magnificent sunsets.

Once you have enjoyed your brunch on the oversized screened porch, you can head down to the pool or onto the beach to put your toes in the sand and enjoy the surf, all this only steps away from your Villa. On your way back from the beach you can rinse off the sand in your own outdoor shower and enjoy direct access to your patio. Outdoor Community Pool (April-end of October, not heated or cooled)

Third Floor (second level of condo accessible by approximately 15 stairs):
Bedroom Two: 1 King; Full private bath with shower; HD cable TV; private balcony with lounge chairs and view of pool/ocean.
Bedroom Three: 1 Queen; Full private bath; TV with streaming capabilities.
Washer and dryer in hall closet.

**Please note that this property does not have access to the Wild Dunes pool or Gym - only the Beach Club Villa pool (outdoor, open April 1-end of October)**
*This is a Saturday – Saturday rental from 5/31/25 to 8/16/25; 3 night minimum in off season.*** Please note that there is a strict 2 vehicle capacity per unit (Guest day passes not permitted).

It was exactly as billed--it was clean, had comfy bedding, a well-stocked kitchen(including a salad spinner) The location is perfect with a very short walk to the pool & a large beach. It was a great deal for the money. The check-in with the realtor was quick, easy, & pleasant and they even texted to tell me the unit was available early. Definitely recommend!

Condo was clean and furnished well. Just add... could use a couple dish cloth and towel - there was one of each - Other units usually have two, not a big deal, I just wipe down a lot and seem to wash dishes more than putting in the dish washer. The bedroom door on the first floor didn't close very well or at all. there are three doors - one to enter the bath and bedroom one to close the bedroom for privacy (which is the one that didn't close well), the slider in the family room was a little tricky to close/lock. These are not deal breakers tho! overall, the condo was very nice and beds comfy! We spent our mornings on the porch drinking tea/coffee. We would stay again.

It could have used a quick wipe down for a few cleaning items, but overall it was fine.We would stay here again. The condo has great views and is close to the pool and the ocean. I would have given 5 stars but I gave 4 stars due to their being so many mosquitos. I am not sure if it was the time of year or why they were so bad, but you could be out walking on the beach in the early morning or at dusk, so we missed that.We would visit again but definitely not this time of year.

We arrived to a clean condo but no internet. The property manager after giving me her card with contact information quickly sent someone to the unit. Turns out it had just been unplugged. I appreciate the quick response as my son in law would be working from the condo during the week. This is an excellent location with easy walking to the pool and beach. Beautiful beach views! I would highly recommend Beach Club Villa 55!

The beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed the screened back porch and the upstairs sun deck. The location was perfect for us, oceanfront and pool front; perfect for us and our adult children. We love renting beach chairs and umbrellas and bikes for the week. Very convenient using the Island Realty concierge service. We also order our groceries online for quick pickup. Less time in stores and more time on the beach. Beautiful home!

The kitchen has more gadgets than most rentals. The bedrooms are very large. The walk to the beach is one of the shortest in Wild Dunes. It doesn't have an elevator, so be prepared to carry your bags up to the front door and upstairs to two of the three bedrooms.

The screened in porch was awesome & with all the palm tree’s around us, we felt like we were in the Key’s. The master bedroom was big & updated, the balcony was great for watching the sunrise. The hardwood floors need refinishing, the headboard’s in the downstairs bedroom need adjusting as they were wobbly. Also, dishwasher didn’t work properly. But these are all minor issues that shouldn’t deter anyone from renting this property. There were 4 of us & our granddaughter’s loved have their own bathroom’s. It was clean, which is so important! We would stay here again & I recommend this property!

We even got to check-in early, they sent a text telling me everything was ready 4 hours before check-in! We loved the screened porch that was steps to the pool, and super close to the boardwalk. The sunrises from the master balcony are killer, a perfect spot to drink your coffee. The villa is incredibly well-stocked, which came in handy as restaurants were really crowded and we cooked a few meals to avoid the crowds. I am a bit of a clean freak and I had ZERO complaints about the cleanliness of the villa. The staff of Island Realty is obviously top-notch! Loved this villa, we will stay in this exact location again!

Great Beach Getaway in Wild Dunes

This end unit has a green space steps down from the porch for kids to play and adults to enjoy Bocce. The pool is less than 100 ft from the back door, and access to the beach is easy and closer than any rental we’ve stayed in. The kitchen is the best stocked we’ve had in any rental. The maintenance staff is incredibly responsive. We had a couple of very minor issues that were taken care of immediately.
