Jamie is amazing! We loved the rural setting with every amenity you could think of and more. The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the property is. We’re already planning our next stay!

The environment was beautiful. Jami was tremendously accommodating. She made the stay amazing. By the end of our stay, we felt that she was more of a friend than a host. Highly recommend to anyone staying in that area.

My husband and I signed up for a bike ride called the Foxy Fall Century put on by the Davis Bike Club and we knew we didn't want to drive from Berkeley the morning of the ride. So poked around on VRBO and came across Jamie's listing that was available to spend the weekend in Woodland and be there the night before the ride. Making it super easy to get to Davis for the start. And then enjoy post ride amenities on the property that included using an available BBQ and jacuzzi. The Poolhouse as a room to slumber was well appointed and extremely comfortable to stay in. The various décor around and about is thoughtful and with tasteful humor too. We definately leveraged the use of all the available outdoor social areas ! The various lounging spaces were inviting - a little time spent sinking into a good book. And post ride I found myself taking a bit of a nice slumber outside on one of the pool loungers. The pool as well looked so inviting but ended up just not going in for the cold plunge since I opted for the jacuzzi. It was just a perfect respite of us city folks enjoying what rural living has to offer. I just want to add - don't forget to look up in the sky when you find your self using the restroom at an odd nightly hour :) the universe is winking!! The use of an available robe and slippers was a bonus. Communications with Jamie was easy and she really has thought of everything to make you feel welcome and with privacy in mind too. Thank you again.

Perfect for our needs!

We needed a place close to our testing facility and this location was ideal. Great little place, has what you need for a short stay.

Country living at its best! The host, Jamie was lovely! She greeted us as we pulled up and showed us around the property.The pool house was surrounded by a beautiful yard with multiple seating areas, a pool and hot tub, a pool table, a cornhole game and chickensThe room was so cute and the bed and pillows so comfortable! We were well rested and ready for the next days activities.

Amazing!!!!!!

Pictures don’t do any Justice because this home and location is amazing. Host Jaime made our stay memorable with her very out going personality and very down to Earth. Please read the details after making your reservations because she explains everything to make things easier upon your arrival to her beautiful paradise. It’s definitely a 5 Star location and home if you are into Nature and Serenity. We will definitely stay at her Peaceful Place anytime we visit Sacramento/Davis and it was most definitely worth our 6 hour drive from Southern California.

Caution unattached bathroom

This property was lovely and very clean. The only problem we encountered was the lack of transparency with the listing itself. Beware that the restroom is detached and the only water available for face washing and teeth brushing is the outside bbq kitchen sink. We definitely would not have stayed here if we were aware of the detached bathroom. Shame on the owner for the misleading listing.

I can appreciate your feelings of disappointment, however the listing is100% accurate with pictures and description of every amity. The bathroom is described and highlighted so you have all the information prior to booking. I have even included extra pictures showing the location with description. Again I’m truly sorry you had other assumptions, my goal is to insure every guest is happy with their stay.

Pool house rental with detached bathroom

Well stocked cute pool house with detached toilet, shower and sink. Except the sink on top of the toilet is not useable for washing one’s face, brushing teeth or shaving. It should be noted that the only normal sink is in the bbq area which is off limits to the occupants of the pool house. The photos are misleading. There is also no table to eat on, or use for a computer. They are for homeowners only. Same with all the chairs in the shade. It is a very awkward situation. Otherwise nice pool.

Amy, my listing has been on another platform and has over 150 5 star reviews. The welcome guide online and inside the unit tell you about all amenities, which are accurate. Upon check in I personally walked you around and showed you the sink twice to which you responded you also are a water conserver, so it makes sense to you. I also showed you where the outside kitchen area as well as the provided furniture in the shade. Signs are up to provide guests with there own spots due to Covid19 and sanitizing. You looked as though you had a great stay and enjoyed you family visiting out by the fire pit. You never stated anything during your time here or I could have addressed it. Wishing you the best. Cute and cozy

Very lovely property. The room is super cute and clean, the bed really comfortable. Surroundings are serene and peaceful, and the host is so welcoming!
