Adorable tiny house style cabin. King sized bed downstairs and a queen in the loft. Located in the Homosassa river RV resort/ Sun Retreats. Small safe environment with a heated pool and lots of fun activities. Very close to the water and all the excitement. Any questions 352.220.1935. Wood floors, high ceilings, screened porch facing the lagoon, which flows in from the homosassa River. Fire pit with outdoor seating. Perfect environment to enjoy the nature coast. Closest boat ramp manatee pub and marina across the street. They have boat slips/docking.

Unfortunately this cozy cabin is a filthy trailer with very old furniture and filthy floors. The rugs were dirty and stained. The dirty refigerator included a dead bug in the freezer. The kitchen towels were old and stuck together. The blankets were old,stained and had holes.The whole place looked liked it was furnish from a goodwill dumpster. Dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling and wood work were appalling. Paint on the doors was dirty, some had peeling paint, the bathroom door had never been painted and is therefore water stained as well as being secured with a hook and eye.I do not recommend this property . We travel all over the country and this is my first review. The location is good but the trailer is awful.

Host emailed us and let us know that we could check in early. That was huge and we really appreciated it!! Made our vacation day so much better. The bed was great, the porch was awesome, the small fake fireplace was great to dry out our bathing suits after relaxing in the spa. Awesome place, thank you!

I love the hot tub. Especially it is private and well heated. I also love that the pool was heated too. I loved my stay and I would love to come back. The host was very nice and amazing.

Cabin was clean, cozy, and pet friendly! It was well equipped with dishes, cooking utensils and a selection of different types of coffee makers to meet your tastes (pods, drip, and French Press). We look forward to a repeat visit!

Good spot; definitely has more character than a hotel room. I do want to mention that though there are 2 beds, one is in a loft with a VERY low ceiling (we’re talking crawl on hands and knees so as not to hit head) Our 70y/o mother wasn’t gonna be nimble enough for that space, so us other two adults had to share the queen in the loft while she took the king in the regular bedroom. The AC doesn’t really affect the loft area as much as we would have liked so we were messing around with fans in the night. Easy check in, good communication from host. We enjoyed having morning coffee on the covered porch. The little hot tub was a treat after getting a bit chilled in nearby cold springs. We had a great time eating dinner at The Freezer nearby. Thanks!

Mini Getway!

We had a wedding to attend and also wanted a small get away from daily schedules. This was perfect! It’s small but the inside has plenty of space, nice and cool inside, great screened in patio, the area was peaceful, as well the pool and jacuzzi was a plus. Even has a fenced dog spot for your fur babies. Definitely will add to our favorites list. And check out the little places around the area, neat spots and great food. Definitely enjoyed time away.

Snowbirds that LOVE OLD HOMOSASSA

Everything was perfect !! The cabin had everything we needed. The screen porch off the living room is a real plus. Jennifer is the hostess with the mostest !! We could not have enjoyed ourselves more in BEAUTIFUL OLD HOMOSASSA. Thank you Jennifer.

Cozy cabin

We were extremely happy with our visit. The owner was great with communication and the kids love to sleep in the loft. The ceiling is pretty low in loft but great for kids. We didn’t spend much time in the RV park but seemed well cared for. Definitely would recommend staying.

We had the perfect time staying here. If you are looking for a turn-key vacation then look no further. We couldn't stop talking about how we had an absolute blast! What a lovely place!!

This home was super comfortable and quaint! We loved it <3 The cleaners could be more thorough, but that is not a reflection on the home/property. It was a wonderful mini vacation in the middle of old Florida. We were so pleased to meet Jennifer briefly, she is gracious and very sweet.

This place is absolutely adorable! Great location too. This home has everything you need. It may be tiny in size but is truly a very comfortable stay. Communication from the owner was great. We will definitely be staying here again!

Tiny house cabin

Spent a month in Hommassa visiting with grandchildren. First time staying in a tiny house. Super cute. Jennifer - host was easy to communicate with. Met some nice folks in the RV park. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Since we love the water, inshore fishing and boating, this area is perfect with all the fun and comforts of shops and restaurants being so close.

Definitely unique and you have to see it to believe it. Perfect for all ages, adults, couples kids and grandkids. We own two units side by side so plenty of room for all.
