Complete with two decks overlooking the ocean and boardwalk access to a private beach, this house is perfect for groups seeking a fun-filled vacation in a house with all the amenities of home and more, with a community restaurant and bar, pool, lazy river, and hot tub!
The house is located at the beautiful Pointe West resort on the west end of Galveston Island. Pointe West is a master planned development with private beach and is a one-of-a-kind location on the island. The house is less than a 2-minute walk to the beach and we are a 20 minute walk to the Beach Club, or a 5 minute drive. The Beach Club is truly a resort, with pools, a lazy river, hot tub, nature walk, restaurant, bar, fitness center, etc. The Beach Club charges $15.00 per person (4 and older) for the length of your stay.

Walk upstairs from the driveway to access 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Cable TV in the living room and the master bedroom for your enjoyment. Both TV's are also equipped with Netflix / Roku TV's. You'll find wireless high-speed internet (free wifi) throughout the home.
The master bedroom offers a private balcony with a seating area and your own Nespresso in the master bath so you can have coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean without disturbing the rest of the family. The bathroom has been completely remodeled and offers a Japanese soaking tub, marble counter tops and a rain shower head. Feel free to pack light, we have a washer and dryer just down the hall for you to do a load of laundry.
On the main living area you will find an elegantly designed, open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen area. Enjoy the fully-remodeled kitchen, complete with professional appliances, marble countertops and all the necessary dishware, flatware, and spices needed to create a memorable meal. We have a Ninja blender to make great margaritas or smoothies. There is a Kitchenaid stand mixer to help make your feast. Relish in your home cooked meals gathered around the dining room table, kitchen island or outside on the spacious deck with comfortable patio furniture. Kitchen includes a regular Cuisinart coffee pot with hot water dispenser, plus a personal Keurig. You can also treat yourself to delivery from one of the local restaurants or eat in at the many local fresh seafood restaurants close-by.
Downstairs in the outdoor closet you will find everything you need for the beach; chairs, canopy tent, boogie boards and a wagon to take it all with you. You will also find a patio underneath the house complete with picnic table (1 for adults 1 for kids), and a charcoal grill for you to enjoy. There is an outdoor shower for you to rinse off sand before heading back upstairs.
For those of you with small children, we also have a high chair, 2 pack-n-plays and baby gates for your convenience, along with a selection of kids dishes, cups, plates, and silverware. Bunk room includes an Amazon Alexa to play lullabies to help young kids sleep.
Seven Seas Grocery Store is the closest fully stocked grocery store and is 8 miles from the house. The Strand, Pleasure Pier, Academy Sports, Walmart, Randalls, and the rest of Galveston is approximately 30 minutes from the house.
