We enjoyed our stay here so much. The condo was very clean. The furniture was nice and comfortable. Plenty of linens for us. I will definitely want to stay in this unit again!

A Perfect Week

The condo and beach were beautiful. Unit 2312 has a great Gulf view. The overall location was perfect, walking distance to Pompano Joe's and Bad Ass Coffee. The Pool area was very nice. Everyone was very nice and we enjoyed seeing all of the pets and their owners enjoy the grounds.

Great property

Great location - quiet community. Great access to pool and beach. Loved that it was pet friendly. Beautiful decor and bedding. There were plenty of towels which was nice. Minor thing, kitchen pots and pans need updating - more space for food storage in cupboards would be good. Overall we loved it and will book again.

Unbeatable Location and Views!

We loved our time at the property! Overall, it was an unbeatable location, layout and everything was provided at the beginning to get our trip off to a great start. The condo was clean (floors, bathrooms) but does however, require a deep clean. Vents, laundry area, inside refrigerator, all needed some attention. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Great stay

We’ve been staying at Maravilla for several years any time we go to Miramar because they have a lot of pet friendly units to chose from and you can’t beat the location. We chose this unit for our first family vacation with our 5 month old and our MinPin. This unit has the most comfortable living room furniture of any unit we’ve stayed in. The bed was a little firm for my liking, but to each is own. The kitchen is rather cramped but the large counter/peninsula is nice; couldn’t have more than one person in the kitchen at a time, especially if opening the fridge. Overall it was a great stay. Ouronly issue was they only left one trash bag in the kitchen, normally there’s at least one extra bag for use, and we didn’t realize it until it was time for a new bag. Granted it was a large bag, but to get use of it we had to leave the bag sitting out of the can, and by time we left it was very heavy and big to have to take all the way to the dumpster at the opposite end of the complex.

This property was clean but had very little storage and a tiny kitchen. Even though it had bunk beds for kids, there was hardly anywhere to store clothes and beach items. The main bedroom is not oceanfront. In fact, there is a fluorescent light that shines through the window at night without blackout curtains. The balcony was very tiny, where the chairs barely fit. If you stay at this property, I would suggest getting one of the rooms on the side where you have a very large balcony and still have an ocean view.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the condo clean, though we’re sorry the layout wasn’t what you were hoping for. For future guests considering Maravilla 2312, we do want to clarify a few things that may be helpful when choosing among the different condos at Maravilla. This is a one-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo, and the photos in the listing show the condo’s layout, kitchen, balcony, bedroom, bunk area, and views so guests can see exactly what the space offers before booking. The primary bedroom in this floor plan is not Gulf-front, nor is it advertised as such. Guests who prefer a two-bedroom Gulf-front floor plan with a Gulf-facing primary bedroom may want to consider one of those units, although they are typically priced higher than the one-bedroom Gulf-front condos. Maravilla also has several different building locations and floor plans. Some Building 1 condos have much larger balconies, but they do not offer the same direct Gulf-front view as this condo. We manage a variety of units throughout the community and are always happy to help guests choose the layout, view, balcony size, and price point that best fit what they’re looking for. We do appreciate the comments regarding storage and the light outside the bedroom and will keep those in mind as we look for ways to make the condo even more comfortable. We’re sorry this particular floor plan wasn’t the right fit for your preferences, and we appreciate the opportunity to provide some additional

Weather was not perfect but the room was so we enjoyed relaxing and had a great week

We have been coming to Maravilla for 5 plus years and we never want to stay anywhere else. . The guests are all so friendly and we bring our fur babies as so many others do. The location of the property is perfect!!! It is are close to some of the best restaurants and of course the best shopping malls. We are already planning our next trip. The room was so clean and spacious. Our favorite so far.

That VIEW

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. The view was AMAZING! The beds and living room furniture were all so comfortable and the location is excellent. The down side was the cleaning crew is not doing this condo/owner any justice. There were crumbs (and big bits of bread crust)all over the back of the counters when I moved out the coffee maker etc to use them. We found an old dust bunny filled sock laying there under the dresser in plain site when we dropped something and we noticed the bunk frames could use a vacuum after each stay. I hate to make it sound dirty but these things are easy to clean and I feel the cleaning crew is not doing this condo any favors. It was an amazing stay and we would love to come back. The condo was everything a beach condo should be. The owners have done an excellent job with this listing! Thank you for providing us with a beautiful family getaway during all the Covid chaos.
