Smukt ombygget og opdateret med nye apparater og komfortable stue møbler !!

Sjovt for hele familien, vores enhed er tæt på større indkøbsmuligheder, restauranter, biografer, Destin centrum og det bedste af alt har en FANTASTISK fuld uhindret udsigt over bugten.

Vores øverste (fjerde) etage, hjørneenhed i den mest ønskelige bjergfrontbygning og har udsigt over poolen. Dette er hvad du kom til stranden for !! Med helt nye møbler, vil du ikke tro, at dette er en leje. Vi ønskede, at vores enhed skal være enestående og har skabt et meget specielt hjem væk fra hjemmet, som du kan nyde.


Maravilla Beachfront Resort er et 33. 7 acre samfund af førsteklasses Destin-bugten foran ejendom på Scenic Highway 98. Der er 2. 5 hektar deeded Golffront foran park, din egen private adgang til stranden, to luksuriøse svømmebassiner, tennis og shuffleboard domstole og et klubhus med motionsrum.

Hvis du sætter pris på god smag, renlighed nye madrasser, nye soveværelsesensembler, alle nye møbler, nye område-tæpper, nye vinduesbehandlinger, nye køkkenmaskiner) og UTROLIG udsigt over bugten, er dette din næste feriedestination.

Relaxing Vacation

The property was immaculate and had incredible views of the Gulf. The location was perfect for beach time, eating, and shopping. Can’t wait to return to this property.

Loved this place ..

There were 3 of us but easily could have accommodated 4...plenty of everything you need...view and location is gr8...facilities at maravilla are just the right amount...easy check in and out..lived the added bonus of the beach club.. definitely coming back!

Great Stay!

Great location, great communication. Was exactly as advertised. Host was extremely supportive and even when we had an issue with the TV it was fixed the very next morning. Would definitely stay again.

Mirimar Beach - Maravilla 2413 "Dog Friendly"

Property was great, as advertised. It was however very misleading to say you have 2.5 acres of deeded gulf property, implying that we could take our dog on the beach. The fact is only property owners in the County can register their dogs to walk on the beach. The police ran us off the first day of our trip. This was very embarrassing. The saving grace was a nearby Dog Park on the Bay.

Wonderful Condo

We enjoyed our stay at Maravilla! The condo is really beautiful and well equipped. It was very comfortable for ourselves and 2 of our children, who are in their 20s. They used the hall bunks and never complained. We are not currently pet owners, but the unit had no hint of being pet friendly cleanliness-wise, so that was a plus for non pet owners who are worried it may smell like furry friends! I hope to return with a pet one day! It was wonderful to use the beach chairs in the unit for our kids at the beach. It was also terrific that there were tennis rackets and balls for our use at the tennis courts. We played for the first time in years and it was great. The basketball court was also in use much of the week. Lots of families were enjoying all the amenities. The location is very convenient to local attractions and restaurants. The view from the unit is spectacular. We loved the balcony and were out there a lot. The keypad instead of keys was pretty great too. Less to carry/lose. The large pool directly in front of the unit is not heated. This was the only disappointment for us because it's so close and would have been great to swim in. I'm sure it's a non-issue in the summer, but it was only in the 70's during spring break. We walked to the pool behind the property and across the parking lot, but it was super crowded. We were unable to get a chair and there were about 30 people in the pool. The hot tub was also full. I'm sure it was the most crowded week of the year and luckily it did clear out in the evening, but that was the only thing that kept it from being a 5 star experience. Other than that, it was just perfect. We definitely would like to return to this lovely condo.

Amazing condo! It is updated and you can’t beat the view! It’s a corner unit so you only have neighbors on one side! Only downside is you do have to get to the beach early to get chairs in the front row, but it’s worth it!

Panhandle Get-A-Way

The location for everything possible was excellent. A lot of things to do. Beach & pool right there. Restaurants and shops are everywhere. You could walk or bike for miles in any direction. Very dog friendly which was an added plus for us. Only drawback was that the exterior of the building was in the process of a major renovation and the noise was terrible from grinding and misc. construction. No fault of VRBO. However, I wish they would've advertised that was going on. We might of then switch to another property. The condo on the inside could use a little tlc upgrade (shower & tub). Overall, the condo was very clean. We would stay there again if choosing that part of Florida again.

Beach fix

Pleased with access to beach. Unit was clean and well stocked for cooking. First time we’ve stayed across the street from the beach. View was great and access was easy. Pool was great! Would stay again for sure!

Perfect spring getaway

The condo has a great ocean and pool view. I could see the waves from sitting on the couch or cooking in the kitchen even. The extra east windows offered morning sunlight. The internet was lightening fast and allowed me to work and stream videos. The condo was also super quiet and well equipped for dining in. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. There’s a bike path along scenic gulf boulevard that made it easy for taking my dog for walks and riding rental bikes.

Great condo with great views!

Excellent stay at this newly furnished condo on top floor. Views and accommodations were very nice. Tempurpedic mattress in bedroom was excellent. Owner had everything you would need for your stay from beach chairs to kitchen utensils/ washer dryer Only complaint is that the cable company came into our unit without any notice to install direct tv upgrades. A heads up would be nice as valuables were left out. We called the office about it when we noticed and they said it was “out of their control”…..piss poor communication. Overall a very good experience and condo for up to 4 guests. Would rent again.

Our unit had the best view of the beach and water. We enjoyed the umbrella and chair set up offered, thr large pool and grilling out one evening.

Great Stay!

Overall good experience. Bunk bed sheets were full of sand and food crumbs from previous stay. Electrical outlets did not work in both bathrooms making it difficult to blow dry and style your hair. Elevator closest to our unit was out of order 4 out of the 7 days of our stay. Could have used an extra trash bag and additional toilet paper as a convenience. Overall, great view from balcony and Destin was a great destination. Thanks for letting us stay!

Great proximity to the beach

Beautiful location. Condo was as described in listing. Could use a set of actual drinking glasses, we do no enjoy drinking out of plastic. We sis leave a couple of wine glasees that we purchased for the next guests :)

Beautiful view

Very nice condo. Nicely furnished except the living room needs an actual comfortable chair and ottoman or recliner instead of the outdoor metal rocker that is in there which was very uncomfortable.

Great spot

First trip to gulf in years. Really happy with our choice. Easy walk to the beach. Love not having to lug chairs and shade over to the beach. Owners were easy to deal with and the place is well kept.
