Oceanfront 2 bedroom/2bath in beautiful Bolongo Bay

Beautiful views, sounds, and location. Beach on site, but also a short drive to some of the beaches in the world, also in the middle of two shopping/dining areas (redhook & Havensight). Our condo is steps away from three of the best restaurants on the island - Mims Seaside Bistro and a short walk on the beach to Iggies and Bolongo Bay oasis. Iggies also has live music nightly. Heavenly Days Catamaran will take out on snorkel adventures, sunset cruises, Sunday funday trips, etc. The St Thomas dive center is also adjacent to our property for the diving enthusiasts. Our property has 3 beautiful pools. Condo is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need beach towels, snorkel equipment, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a deck box full of inflatables and beach toys. Washer/dryer in unit.

Daniel was a great host! We loved the location of the condo right by the ocean and well situated for exploring the island. The apartment is not new and up to date, but it was clean and comfortable.

We loved our view. The two patio doors, in living area and one bedroom, created an amazing sound from the waves. Beautiful sunrise and some sunset views from the spacious, well appointed balcony. The unit is 'loved' in a homey way. Great beachy decor. Awesome accessibility to great beach chairs, water stuff. Daniel was quick to answer my several questions prior to our stay.

Great home base for exploring the island

We had a great time staying here. Location was perfect and convenient to everything. Pools were great and the complex was quiet and not crowded. The box of beach toys and chairs was an added plus that came in handy.

The check in was easy. The ACs were on and cooled off very quickly. The place was clean, has a washer and dryer. If you want to see the sunrise in the morning stay in the room that has access to the back patio. There was beach chairs, sand wagon, beach towels and toys. Several coolers and a couple of ice packs- great for packing a beach day snacks and beverages. The kitchen had frying pans, utensils, dishes and silverware. There was also a pack and play for little ones and a stroller. The view was great! Mim’s Seafood Bistro was below- it was surprisingly not loud at all. Iggie’s restaurant is a short walk down the beach and had live music and great fish tacos. Quiet community and felt very safe. Pool was nice and kid friendly.

Spacious and Breathtaking

Much more room than I expected, the restaurant was 5 star and my boys enjoyed every minute of the pool. Overall Great place for the price

The Host was very responsive and always answered our questions quickly. The room also had a lot of extras that were really nice to have when you’re flying like plenty of beach towels, beach chairs,, and coolers. The room has a stunning view from a very large balcony, very close to the pool and close to several restaurants. We ate at all the restaurant several times and they were good with nightly entertainment as well. The Housekeeper left the room very clean. The room was dated compared to some much more expensive remodeled ones nearby- that did not bother us. Overall, we were happy and would stay here again.

Property was nice,easy to access, apartment was beautiful and accommodating.Had all the necessary amenities. Didn't need to contact host everything went smoothly. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone

Nice slice of paradise

Everything went smoothy, the hosts were available for every question or issue i had and extremely accommodating when i missed my flight and had to stay an extra 2 days. Everything was very comfortable and relaxing. Nice slice of paradise

Fantastic spot

This space is amazing. The view, proximity to beach, everything you need. We will book this on our next trip to St Thomas. Hosts were super fast with communication on any questions. Thank you for this slice of heaven.

Michigan Winter Getaway

The view is amazing! Very nice beach and pool! This was a perfect winter getaway for us! Quiet neighborhood. Good food at both nearby restaurants. It was perfect for 2 couples. Love the balcony and being able to see and hear the waves from bed!

The location is fabulous. I added a picture of the ocean view. We listened to the ocean waves all day and night, it was so relaxing. The balcony was a great place to eat or relax to the sounds of the ocean waves. The unit is a little dated but that’s just cosmetic. I would agree with other reviewers the a/c units are a bit loud but they make earplugs for a reason. We never contacted the host during our stay, but I have let him know of some maintenance items he may want to address sooner rather than later. The unit had everything we needed to cook and store leftovers which was very appreciated. We also loved the vegetable peeler, so we’re going to purchase one like it.The pool is fantastic and the complex was pretty quiet. We saw the maintenance crew out daily cleaning and repairing things.We ate at Mims restaurant and although it is a bit pricey, food was in general, even at the grocery store. We also ate at the Oasis bar located down the beach. It had great BBQ chicken pizza and reasonable prices.We drove to the other side of the island, which is a lot of winding around narrow roads on steep hills, and my hand is still tired from gripping the door. We stopped by one of the beaches, Hull Bay Beach, and as we were leaving saw a doe. I added those pictures as well. Overall, we enjoyed the unit and found it to be in a great location.

Dan and I live in Wisconsin. We have been escaping the brutal winters for several years now to go to paradise.
Ever since our first trip we fell in love with the island. We finally decided to purchase this condo at the end of 2018.
We'd love to share this piece of paradise with you.

It’s private, but has 2 restaurants walking distance. Less than 10 minutes from Havensight and redhook, the best areas of the island.
