However we strongly feel the property/condo is much more than just 'ok, as all our of clients really enjoy the property. The views can't be beat, along with the large square footage, double lanais..and steps to the beach. Aloha: this review does not tell the truth, as We always take care of our clients, and we take great pride in customer service After client called us, we immediately called management company when client called stating 2nd bath was not cleaned properly, and sent over housekeeping that day to re-clean the bathroom, so don't understand this. He is not telling truth they never came by to re-clean. The Management company does an excellent job. He only stayed 4 days, and he did not call us until the 2nd day, which does not make sense waiting almost 2 days? He did have small children, so they possibly dirtied up the commode and did not tell the parents. And then we got 'blamed.' We Have been in business for over 10+ years, we always take care of our clients. If there is a problem/issue, it is always addressed and taken care of promptly. It is impossible a bathroom would be left in this supposed condition. The condo was professionally cleaned before arrival, and the 2nd bathroom was re-cleaned per their request, the same day Also of Importance, the this client agreed to move to another different/ moderate condo vs the original one due to maintenance issues, and never stated in his 'review'. The unit was comparable, on higher floor, with stunning oceanview. He was given full pix of the unit, and agreed to take the condo almost 60 days prior to arrival. He was under no pressure to book that one, but he agreed to it, and we also gave him a discount for the unit. Again, We profusely apologized to him when he called, and told him the bathroom issue would be taken care of, and housekeeping would come back that day and take care of it. We never 'ignore' any cleaning/maintenance request. We ask all our future clients/renters to please look at all our other excellent reviews. People really enjoy the condo/views and location. We pride ourselves in providing high quality condos, nice views, and superior customer service. We ask our future clients to please look at our other Great Reviews. People really like our Deluxe Property/location and views. They are clean, well maintained, and very high quality. Any issues are always taken care of promptly and professionally. Aloha: this is a very un fair review. Client was informed approx. 2 months prior needed to move them to different unit due to maintenance issues, and bedding was changed as well. She agreed with it, per emails. She did not need to move forward with booking, was offered as a courtesy.. As soon as we were informed of possible bathroom issue with some water on floor, we called mgt company and scheduled maintenancde to come in, However, she said "it is no big deal" and would not even let them come in and take a look at it. Yet, she complains here. Our service is impeccable and we always are there for our clients if any issues arise. We also offered to bring in cleaners again and re-do bathroom, and she also refused to let them in! These people did not know how to work the simple door code to get in, and it was taken care of promptly. We sent someone over quickly to help them. Yet, they complain again here. As she noted, they had a "great time" and to give this just 2 stars is totally inappropriate and un called for. To all our future clients, please glance over all the other wonderful reviews we have at the property. Everyone really enjoys it, the views/location and amenities are second to none. There are always a few people who find fault and simply can not be be pleased. Aloha ray/host

Aloha: thanks for noting you enjoyed the condo. We apology for having low amount of trash bags/paper towels. All guests are given a starter supply of trash bags, tp, etc and then need to pick up more supplies as time moves on. They were delivered the next morning, day after arrival. We informed guest to grab some more trash bags from store downstairs until more bags delivered next day, along with anything else they needed - and we would reimburse in full, so would not have to wait. We very much care about all our guests safety and comfort What he says is not true - we bend over backwards to make sure all our guests are taken care of ,and if need anything it is taken care of. We want all of our guests to have a great time and have a wonderful experience These are private condos, not a hotel, and quite disagree with his comments. This is a beautiful sandy beach at the property., not a rocky beach. Some people simply can't be pleased,no matter how nice things are. We suggest he books a hotel next time, so he can be waited on. All of our clients love the property, the location, the stunning oceanviews, the beautiful Pool, the beach, and ideal location right next door to the Hilton Hawaiian. Condos are really nice, double sized lanais, with great views, Our clients understand this is a condo, and to pick up additional supplies as needed. And we are committed to superior customer service, not just the dollar and a majority of our clients repeat with us and enjoy our services again. Aloha!
