Our group had 9 people total: 4 adults and 5 children. We had plenty of space. Accommodations were as described. Check-in and communication with the host were excellent. Having access to the 6-person golf cart was a great way to explore the resort. Baytown Wharf was a fun surprise we didn't realize was a part of the resort. Our kids enjoyed shopping and nightly entertainment at the wharf. We had a few minor issues: the garbage disposal was draining slowly, the vacuum was not turning on, and the towel rack was broken. We would stay here again.

Call

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We noticed the temperature did not feel right, so we should have called the 2nd day. The 3rd night it was 77 and not getting any cooler. Called them around 8pm and at 1030pm a maintenance person showed up. He blew out one of the lines and the temperature did go down to 73/72. Still not as cool as we wanted, but at least it was bearable. We should have called when we first noticed it, rather than turning on all the fans!:)The location is perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: i would definitely stay here again. The only complaint i have regarding the stay was the water pressure in the master bedroom shower. We were told “that’s just how it is”

Great Spring Break!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Location was great and we loved the end unit. Golf cart was wonderful too! Everything very convenient. Lots to do in the community for families and to have a date night. We will definitely rent again. We had no issues with parking either and we had two vehicles.

Very nice. When we arrived the air was on but wasn’t cooling the house. Someone was there within an area and had it reset and running and cooling in no time. Plenty of space, recommend for teenagers to sprawl out!

Spring Break getaway

Great property. There were a few things we would recommend adding to the condo: King bed on first floor had only 1 pillow and bathroom shared by first floor bedrooms had only 2 towels. I would also add some steak knives because the only ones there were large carving/bread knives. Also, a folder/notebook about the property, amenities (like pool location), and local tourist info (restaurants, entertainment, etc) would have been very helpful. Otherwise, great stay at a beautiful and convenient location

Just as pictured

House was beautiful just as pictured, enough space for 3 adults and 5 teens. The location was lovely, perfect view of the fireworks for the New Year, not far from the beach or pool. Only one real con was the water pressure from the hot water in the master shower. Other than the shower, the house was pretty much everything I hoped for.

Svar fra VrboOwner den 9. aug. 2022
Thank you for reviewing your stay! We are very sorry if you felt there was not enough seating and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our condo is decorated and furnished to the liking of the unit owner and seats 6-8 in the living area with additional seating at the dining table. Nevertheless, we will be sure to take your feedback into consideration when discussing future updates. We also apologize if it was cold upstairs. With the Florida heat, we work hard to ensure our condo is cool and comfortable for guests when they return from a long day in the sun. Our thermostat is fully functional and can be adjusted to fit guest preference. However, we do apologize if you were uncomfortable at any point during your stay. Again, we appreciate your feedback and hope you accept our sincerest apologies. Safe travels!

Summer trip

The condo was perfect! Very roomy and nice. I do have a couple of suggestions. The coffee pot was fine but should really be upgraded to a Keurig. Also, make sure to check the TVs. The power cord to the TV in the master was missing so we took the one from the TV upstairs. Other than those things we enjoyed our stay!

There were only 7 forks in the kitchen (4 regular and 3 cake forks) which wasn’t enough for 9 of us. There were a lot of different plates in the cabinet but not a set of 8 that matched. The slats on the door going out to the porch were broken but overall we enjoyed our stay

Great Place

We had a great stay here. It was clean, and in a great location. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach, and other close shops. It was hard to find spots on the beach, unless you purchased an umbrella. It was so crowded, we had to walk very far down the beach, and we were moved several times. The AC stopped working well our 3rd night there, and was completely out our last night there, but communication with the property people was excellent, and they were extremely accommodating and very kind. They took great care of us. They are currently putting in a brand new AC unit. We loved this place, and would definitely recommend it.

July 4th family Vacation

Overall the property was very nice. The only negative was related to the central unit. The first night we got there the air conditioning was down. We noticed the property management and they had someone out right away. They charged it with Freon which helped quite a bit but it would rarely get the unit in the low 70s. Otherwise the golf cart was a nice addition to have accessible. The place was very well kept and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

WS in Destin

The dishwasher and washer were very dirty and didn’t smell pleasant at all. There were no extra pillows/blankets and barely enough bath linens. We had to keep washing them. Some of the dishes were clearly not clean. We were also NOT told about all of the stairs leading up to the property. It made loading and unloading very difficult. Parking was a joke. It should be designated for each unit. The pool was also very scary after dark with children and poor lighting.

Ok place but not for a family with small kids

This property DOES NOT come with a golf cart and you cannot rent one. The beach is very busy as there are multiple condos/hotels on the same beach entrance you use. The master bathroom has absolutely no water pressure in the shower. The guest bathroom has a curtain replacing what should be a glass door. The stairs to get up to the door are steep. If you have kids plan on driving down to the entrance of the beach. The tram that you have to use for that house does not run as often as it said it would. Be sure to bring extra bathing towels. Also the parking is awful. We had 2 cars but there were not enough spots for the rest of the properties attached to us. We had to constantly find somewhere else to park. It is not a real family friendly property. Would probably work best for a few young couples to rent together. We had exactly 10 people and even though it does have enough sleeping spaces for 10 you cannot have a meal together. We were very excited to stay here but don’t feel like it was represented correctly.

Thank you for reviewing your stay. We sincerely apologize if our villa was not what you expected. Please note that this property is not advertised as having a golf cart and the unit is photographed as is. The rental description and pictures are recent and include the stairs leading to the unit. The unit is decorated to the taste of the owner (shower curtain, dining seating, etc.), however we do apologize if it was not to your liking. We also apologize if the tram did not run as quickly as you anticipated. The tram service is a contracted company and runs every 30 minutes. Your stay was during the very busiest time of year, which explains the occasional delay. Nevertheless, we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Again, we appreciate your review and hope you accept our sincerest apologies. We hope to see you again soon!
