House was as described with a great location close to community pool. Golf carts were a plus. Kitchen was relatively well-equipped. Parking is a little limited but we used overflow to accommodate. Free overflow parking is available within the Sandestin resort.

Wonderful place to stay, accommodated me and my friends well. We had a golf cart tire pop on us and the hosts had it fixed next day! Looking forward to coming back!

We had a great time at the beach. The back screened in porch needed a good cleaning, the furniture some molded areas on it and there was allot of beach tubes shoved in the corner so was a little cramped. The dishwasher pull out bottom drawer needs to be fixed and the dryer may need a good cleaning cause it took forever to dry. Overall it was a nice place.

Fall Break

This is our second year renting in this neighborhood and I don’t think we would ever rent anywhere else. Great location and easy access to beach!

Great stay

This unit was very spacious and well equipped. The couple times we had an issue it was taken care of quickly. The 2 golf carts were great. Good location to get to anywhere in Sandestin. Family was there for a few days so nice to have the extra space.

Gorgeous beach house!! Perfect for families ☺️

Awesome Family Weekend!

We rented the house to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday and my nephew's 9th birthday. The rental company was awesome and worked with us on changing the dates due to a health issue. The house is gorgeous and is larger than it looks. The furnishings were lovely. Only recommendation is maybe put tvs in the bunk rooms (for rainy days). Also, the photo makes the driveway look larger that it is. There is overflow parking though.

Just the vacation we hoped for

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was nothing short of exactly what we needed. Our family of seven (with children ranging from 3 to 18) all had a spot to make their own. The house is so accommodating! There was literally nothing that we had wished were different. Having two large rooms with ensuites was perfect, the upstairs tv nook is where our 9 year olds liked to hang out the most playing video games when we were “home.” Having two golf carts made all the difference, so we could divide and conquer whatever activities the group wanted to do. We opted to eat lunch at home quite a bit, just to reset after being knocked around the waves in the mornings, the home was such a nice little refuge to recharge, refuel and then get back at it. The location was so perfect to us, whether we wanted to head to the warf, the marina, the beach...we were just a few minutes cart ride from whatever we wanted to do. We will definitely be recommending this spot to anyone heading to the Destin area, and we plan to make this an annual trip so long as this home is available.
