Great Vacation Home

My husband and I took our 21 and 23 year olds and friends to the Gulf Coast Jam! This was the perfect home for that! Centrally located between Jam and beach! This was the perfect time and the owners were great, our oldest daughter flew in with a friend a couple hours prior to us and they allowed her to check in early!

Great overall experien

The house is very spacious. We fits 9 comfortably. The use of the cart made it helpful to make quicks to the beach & to stores. They were also plenty of bikes for riding to beach. The pool & backyard were great when you needed a break from the sand. Highly recommend.

This home exceeds expectations!

The salt water pool is fabulous! Great temperature and the jacuzzi was an additional bonus! The home is well equipped with all of the basics, nice linens, bath towels and beach towels. Also, the kitchen has any appliance and utensil you may need. The home is clean, spacious and located minutes from beautiful beaches. Great restaurants and pubs are close by as well. There were bikes, scooters, golf cart, pool floats, and beach toys galore! Every comfort has been added for your convenience!

Wonderful home with lots of amenities. Very close to the beach and venue we were participating.

The property is highly recommended. Photos don't do the home justice. The home was spacious for a family of 7 and had lots of amenities of which some were not able to enjoy due to time. Owner was very responsive to any questions. I would most definitely choose to stay at this property again.

Our new home away from home in PCB!

I booked this property as a last minute, run away from home, after tax season, relaxing weekend for myself and my husband. I only have two real requirements for vacation properties and that is cleanliness and comfortable bed. This home exceeded our expectations! The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Of the four bedrooms, we only used the master and the mattress was so comfortable, I wanted to strap it to my car and take it home. Golf cart was convenient and fun to ride around in although we didn't leave the house much. Kitchen was fully stocked, even had a dual Keurig. The pool was inviting and refreshing and the hot tub, warm and relaxing on our tired, overworked bodies. Neighborhood is quiet but close enough to beach, grocery store, restaurants and Pier Park. Angie had great communication and answered all our questions immediately. Will definitely be returning! Thank you for a wonderful, long weekend.

Wonderful stay

Great experience overall! The house was very clean, recently remodeled, and well stocked. The layout with the big central kitchen/dining/living area that connects to the patio and pool felt spacious and cozy at the same time. The golf cart was great, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a number of bicycles and two electric scooters in the garage as well. The kids (11 and 13) loved those! Pool was very pleasant and the back yard was very peaceful. The beach just a short walk/ ride away is beautiful and not too crowded. Highly recommend taking some chairs and cold drinks down there to watch the sunset! Finally, the owners were very on top of it. Answered all questions promptly and when we had a small issue with the pool pump they had someone out to fix it within an hour! All in all a wonderful stay with no unpleasant surprises. Highly recommend!
