With furnished walkout balconies on the front and back of each level, this is the perfect place for you to relax and settle in for your beach vacation! Why rent multiple properties when this one does it all!!! With room for all your family and friends to have their own space, closets, tv's , and bathrooms, and also a large open living and dining space to make those "together" memories.
WALK OUT OF YOUR FRONT DOOR AND BE AT THE BEACH IN LESS THAN 1 MINUTE!!! So convenient when the kids need a bathroom break or the drinks are running low.

Situated within easy walking distance to Pineapple Willy's, Ripley's, Wonderworks, and multiple other restaurants and attractions.
As you walk in on the first floor, directly to the left are two bedrooms featuring queen over queen bunks,each with a flat screen smart tv. They share a full hallway bathroom between the two. Towards the back of the home is a small gathering area with couch, activity table, fooseball table and flatscreen TV. The set of french doors lead directly out to your private backyard featuring a large private pool (can be heated for an additional fee , ( see terms below ), lounge seating, outdoor charcoal grill and dining table. There is also a half bath located on the first floor , just inside from the pool ,where the game room is.

The second floor has the main living area with a large open floor plan featuring a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area also with a large flat screen tv. . The dining room table is large and seats up to 10 people (with additional seating up to 8 at the bar). You can choose to dine outside as well on your furnished balcony and listen to the waves roll in. You can also enjoy partial beach views from the kitchen, dining, and living room as well as the balcony.
We understand that you didn't come this far to sleep on futons, uncomfortable sleeper sofas, or trundles. Everybody gets a REAL BED !! On the opposite side is a beautiful king bedroom with full private en-suite bathroom with double vanity, flat screen smart tv, and french doors that lead out to your own walkout balcony overlooking the pool that also grants access to the pool. There is also a half bathroom located on the second floor.

The third floor has 4 additional bedrooms ALL WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOMS WITH DOUBLE VANITIES, ALL WITH FLAT SCREEN SMART TV's, Two king rooms, each with walkout balconies, featuring partial beach views. Additionally there are 2 queen bedrooms with private attached en-suite bathrooms. Also located on the third floor is the washer/dryer set.

SPRING BREAK POLICY:
YOUNG PEOPLE GROUPS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED ON A CASE BY CASE REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY THE OWNER. HIGHER SECURITY DEPOSITS AND FEES WILL BE REQUIRED.
ANY VIOLATIONS OF RENTAL AGREEMENT INCLUDING MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS WILL RESULT IN IMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO RENTAL REFUNDS.

5 night minimum required for most of march

A 7 night stay is required for SUMMER ( MAY 23 ---AUG 7 ) with check in and out on SATURDAYS only

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 48 hours of booking. Some important things to remember.


PLEASE NOTE….. STAYS BEYOND 14 DAYS ARE SUBJECT TO A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT…

NO PETS OR ANIMALS. Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Just Beachy is a NO ANIMAL property, this includes service animals. We cannot host service animals due to severe animal allergies of family members who stay at our home periodically. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 violation fee, per animal that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older. unless a wavier has been approved by the owner. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing:

All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest promptly after reservation to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE TRAVEL INSURANCE DURING HURRICANE SEASON BETWEEN JUNE AND SEPTEMBER

WE ONLY FURNISH A STARTER SUPPLY OF TOILET PAPER, SOAPS, SHAMPOOS, DETERGENTS, ETC.
