Located in a quiet residential complex, surrounded by greenery with a swimming pool, just a few minutes from the beaches, this 3-room apartment with two lovely bedrooms each with air conditioning, and two terraces, one on each side of the apartment, and a small garden that will take turns being sunny or shaded.



Welcome to our apartment in an exceptional location,

Located on the ground floor, you will find all the comforts: 95 m2 of living space, large equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms, washing machine, two terraces, and a small garden. A swimming pool in the residential complex, and a parking space in an underground garage.

The accommodation consists of two bedrooms with comfortable double beds with AC, a bathroom with a shower and a second bathroom with a bathtub, an equipped kitchen, a living room dining room with television but which does not have air conditioning (the split unit in the photo is only for heating and ventilation but not AC) / only a fan and which gives access to the large terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and kettle.

Basic products in the kitchen and bathroom will also be provided so you can fully enjoy your arrival at the accommodation.

There is an Internet box in the apartment.

Please do not forget that late arrivals beyond 8pm are possible in two ways:

- Either independently and free of charge with an illustrated guide.

- Or personalised with one of our agents, charged at €30 to be paid on arrival.

The residence, very peaceful, is surrounded by a lovely well-maintained small park and has a private swimming pool. You will be 300m from the sea.

A bakery and small snacks can be found 2 minutes' walk away.

Set back from the town centre, you can reach it in about ten minutes by car from Antibes.



Access to the accommodation from Nice Côte d'Azur airport is possible by bus: take bus 250 towards Golfe Juan and get off at Antibes – La Fontonne. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes and this stop is 300m from the apartment.

You can also ask us to arrange a private vehicle transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Antibes SNCF train station is 20 minutes' walk away, allowing you to easily visit Cannes, Nice, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even Italy.

You can also come by car and park in the residence's private garage.
