Paki Maui 101 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo located on the first floor with wonderful unobstructed ocean views from your lanai. The condo does not have air conditioning, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. Enjoy preparing meals at home with a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom features majestic ocean views and access to the bedroom's lanai. It's the perfect place to enjoy a good book or relax after a long day in the sun. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with a spacious ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a brand-new queen bed and the guest bathroom is in the hallway with a walk-in shower.

Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is just a short drive to dining and entertainment at Whaler's Village in Ka'anapali and championship golf courses in Kapalua.

Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. There are golf courses and putting greens available in Kaanapali and Kapalua.

Amazing views and great location!

How can you not give this condo 5 stars when you go to sleep and wake up every day with the ocean sound in the background? February is the perfect time to go because of the whales and boy did we see a lot of whales just from the lanai! The lawn area is very nice and a great place to just watch the world go by.

A perfect location and a nice place to stay

Our condo was clean and comfortable. The team was very helpful and available when we needed them . The location was perfect for our first experience of Maui. We would definitely return to Paki Maui. It would be nice to have information ahead of time about renting beach chairs , but we figured it out.

Amazing views and great location!

How can you complain when you wake up to the sound of the ocean every morning? Easy beach access, and it's not over crowded like a lot of other beaches. Great pool/hot tub with BBQ access so you can cook your food outside of the condo. If you want the freshest fish on Maui, visit the fish market right across the street. The staff was helpful and the condo was clean and full of everything you need to make your vacation memorable!!

Amazing stay on West Maui!

Where to begin this place was simply magical. From the moment you walk passed the myperfectstays check in desk the first thing you see is the Ocean and you know your in for a great time. The room itself has some of the best views any of us have stayed in and it was well stocked. You will not be disappointed with this location it is fantastic. Thanks again!

Nice until the roaches wanted to party

Room was nice when we got there after traveling we just were happy to go to bed the 1st night. We stayed for 7 days and after the 2nd day we all started seeing tons of bugs. Is this common in Lahaina? It was our 1st time there. If the rooms was cheaper i would expect the conditions carpet dirty,

Excellent location and great communication

My family and I spent the week at this condo and the location is perfect!! On the ocean with amazing views plus sea turtles swam right up to our condo. Great location from other attractions and highly recommend this place. The condo was as advertised and perfect for my family of 4. Bathrooms were a little dated, but we would definitely stay at this location again. Plus, the check-in and check-out communication with A Perfect Stay was amazing. The stay in contact with you and are available immediately. Great vacation!!

Unbelievable view!

Many positives about this unit - incredible views, easy access to lawn/beach, pool area and grills. Loved the updated kitchen! Bathrooms and carpeting were dated but everything was very clean. Seeing whales in the waters right in front of our unit wasn’t something we expected and wished we had brought along binoculars. We would stay here again.

Stunning views and great amenities

We have been to Maui several times and always try to stay in the area around the Maui Paki, as it is so close to lots of amenities and some great beaches. This condo offered such stunning ocean views, we saw so many turtles and whales during our stay, many while we enjoyed our morning coffee on one of the lanais. The condo itself is as advertised, with a nicely updated kitchen and had plenty of room for our family of four. The building is well kept, the parking plentiful and the grassy/beach area in front of the condo offered a great option for our young kids. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider staying here again.

Paki Maui 101

The location is perfect, right on the ocean! The sound of the waves day and night were so tranquil. The kitchen is updated but the rest of the condo is in need of a little tlc. We were surprised to find the unit did not have any beach chairs, but to be fair they were not listed in the description, and the umbrella was broke. Otherwise our stay was amazing! We loved the easy access to the beach and the fish market across the street.

Great time

It was so nice. Except one screen door kept falling off. The washer was not working. And the setting plate on the dishwasher kept falling off. But those were merely inconveniences. The condo was roomy, clean and has a view that doesn't quit. Big enough for 6 and layout is nice. Would stay there again.

While the condo has a beautiful view and easy ocean access the pictures of the interior are very deceiving. The condition of the condo is so-so, it is extremely outdated. Furniture needs to be replaced and the two twin beds are extremely uncomfortable. The other major downfall is the horrendous smell coming from the sinks in both bathrooms, smells like sewage as does the bathrooms near the pool. Overall, while it was a great location I wouldn't be back.

Great location, bed somewhat comfortable, check out disaster

Let me start with the positive: 1- awesome location 2- close to park for toddlers 3- turtle and reef perfect for snorkeling 4- perfect to rent kayaks 5- good BBQ and perfect to make your own food The bad; 1- asked if we could extend one more day (plain leaving at 10 pm when check out was at 10 am). We got told the night prior to check out that there were no problem and that they only needed payment information. In the morning, when I called to provide payment information, we got told we HAD no choice to vacate the unit in less then an hour (4 adults and 1 toddler). 2- masters bed is a double bed and is not comfortable- I had back issues all trip. 3- beach apparatus were in really awe full state Overall we had a really great time and a good stay. The last day was a real turn off though.

Beautiful View

Unit was aged and a bit rundown. Faucet in the main bath was very loose and broke (stopped producing hot water) mid visit but the property manager was very quick to come repair the same day we called. The master bath was aged and caulk was moldy. Screen doors to both balcony’s were hard to move and always off track. There is no A/C, which we knew about, but was hard for our family to adjust to the heat and humidity. Keeping the doors open definitely helped. Deapiye this, the unit fit our five person family well. It was well stocked. The view was absolutely beautiful. We loved watching the wheels, the turtles, and even got a rare opportunity to have a monk seal sleep right out in front of the unit. The ocean sound, view and marine life was amazing. Bring binoculars for the best view during whale season. We were blessed to have a very happy breaching whale cut across our view for a good 30 min. Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to stay.

Nice quiet getaway

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Recommended if you are looking for a bit of a quieter stay instead of being in the middle of the tourist area. Our unit, #101, was really well located: on the main floor, right near the stairs leading down to the grass / pool area. Our unit was nice overall, but a bit older. We had a couple things not work, and the rental company was very responsive (light bulb went out; fan stopped working, sliding screen door kept falling off the track, etc.). One thing to know is there is no AC. This wasn't a deal killer for us, but I wasn't expecting that. Ultimately, I liked it as it forced me to get on Island Time more quickly. But I imagine for some people it might be required. The area in front has grass and overlooks the water and delivers beautiful sunsets. Then access to the water was closed when we were there. Note that there is not really beach in front--its mostly reef access, which people were going out on for snorkeling. There is a park right next door that does have a small beach and trees for shade. There is a pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area. The pool is more of a wading pool that is 4' deep, so probably ideal for small kids, but less so for tweens and teens. The building has a beautifully landscaped inner courtyard, and there are some stores with basics across the road, so you don't have to get in the car every time you want something (e.g., coffee, market, a few restaurants, etc.).

Great place to stay with a beautiful view.

Our stay here was great. The view and property are great, although a little dated. Unfortunately we were not provided with any beach chairs like the ad suggested and we were not provided with any dish washer pods so we had to purchase these for our stay. Besides those small things, the condo was very clean and very well maintained. Having no AC in the condo was not an issue as the cross breeze from the ocean was very nice and all ceiling fans provided enough cooling. I would definitely stay here again if I'm lucky enough to visit Maui again.
