Perfect location! Clean, comfortable condo! You have a beautiful view from the condo of sunsets.

Our family of four had a fantastic time. Location, location, location couldn’t be better and the condo had all the comforts of home!

Perfect place to stay in Maui!

Really great place in a really great location! Super central location, right in the middle of everything. Great pool and hot tub right on the ocean. Really clean and spacious, amazing views - highly recommend!

Best location on Maui

We loved everything about our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and so close to the ocean. It was everything we wanted.

Great condo in a wonderful location

Located within walking distance of great coffee, pastries, and the fish market while also having a beautiful view of the ocean, this condo has great amenities and all the comforts of home. This condo was the perfect space for 2 couples to share. The property management was quick to respond to texts.

Holiday in Paradise

The location is great, ocean and pool very close. The condo needs a through cleaning, floors and ceiling fans were filthy curtains and screens need to be cleaned Kitchen has a good supply of cooking equipment.

Vacasa 122

Great condo with beautiful sunset views and crashing ocean waves. Oh, and the turtles and whales add to the excitement. Owners Varen and Dave wonderful hosts with lots of helpful hints. Can't wait to return!

Perfect for family

My husband and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary there with four of our children. There was plenty of space for all. We loved the proximity of the pool and the constant sound of the surf. Beautiful view of the sunset from the two lanais. Easy walking distance to a grocery store, fish market and several eateries. Close to several wonderful snorkeling beaches!

Wish we could have stayed longer

Loved this oceanfront unit overlooking the pool. The kitchen was very well stocked with little extras like a cooler with freezer packs. Everything worked and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the coffee, creamer and chocolates left for us. The ability to walk to a Farmers Market, places to eat and ABC store was great. Front desk staff were friendly.

Great condo, great view

Literally sitting above the lovely pool area with a lanai directly facing the ocean, watching the gorgeous sunsets between Lanai and Molokai. Couldn’t be any better. This is a beautifully modernized condo including granite kitchen and two bathrooms, washer dryer, safe, etc.

Great family vacation spot

*comfortable space for 4 *updated kitchen with all cooking items necessary to cook for family *updated bathrooms *pool and gas grills available for use *less than a hundred steps from condo to ocean-got to swim with turtles *reef allows for snorkeling *don’t touch the sea urchin ☹️ *restaurants and grocery store real close *property manager super responsive for questions and to address issues (WiFi wasn’t working but they fixed it within hours) *would stay there again in a heart beat

The listing photo was dead on accurate!

As a family we rented 2 two bedroom condos right on the ocean, overlooking the pool. I cannot find fault with one single thing and would return in a heartbeat! It was a wonderful Christmas multi-generational vacation and my only informational call to Vacasa, the managing firm, was met with warmth and friendliness.

I would like to Return

This 2 bedroom was very comfortable. Location for eating out, stores, oceanfront was perfect. Front desk friendly and helpful. Kitchen was well stocked and washer/dryer useful. Beds were comfortable. Furnishings updated. It could use more hooks or towel bars.

Excellent oceanfront condo

Clean well appointed room right on the ocean with beautiful views. Great balcony overlooking pool with table to enjoy outdoor meals. Kitchen had essential items that enabled us to cook with ease. Bathrooms were updated. The shared outdoor grills worked well, the spa was hot and relaxing and the pool was clean. Plenty of free parking, towels, sheets and two boogie boards included. Highly recommend.

Nice view. Room #122

Location is exceptional. Only down side is no ac units in building. For a comfortable stay you can leave doors open. But mosquitoes are a problem on 1st level by pool. Couches need a deep cleaning.

Vacation at PakiMaui 122

This was our first stay with friends at Paki Maul 122. It was an awesome vacation, a great condo, tremendous views, and a good beach. We swam with turtles, snorkeled with some beautiful tropical fish, and enjoyed all of many amenities that were supplied to us. An extra treat was meeting the owners of this condo, two wonderful people who provided many extra toys for us. We are already booked for another month next year. A five-star adventure!
