This 75m² apartment is located in a beautiful residence with a shared pool and a petanque field. It is located in the 9th district of Marseille.
The apartment is nice in summer as in winter. All amenities and furniture are new. 

At the foot of the creeks, it is perfect for your holidays!

## Logement
Located on the 1st floor with elevator, the accommodation is equipped for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
It can accommodate up to 6 people. It is composed of:
- two bedrooms. One with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm);
- an American living room with a sofa bed (140 cm);
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen
- and a bathroom with a bathtub.

It also has a large terrace, equipped with a large table and a comfortable daybed.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Hairdryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine.
Please note that there is currently no wifi in the apartment.

The accommodation is located near the bus stations "Ocean Pistou" and "Morgiou Rosiers".

Sites of interest near the accommodation:
- the Mazargues Obelisk (17 minutes by bus);
- Plage de la Pointé Rouge (34 minutes)
- and the Calanques National Park (13 minutes by car).

## Emplacement
The most beautiful cove Sormiou is accessible on foot. The park of the jar is 20m from the residence with several airs of children. The Leclerc hypermarket is within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street or at the entrance to the Jarre Park.

Line 23 (Ocean Pistou station): 8 minutes walk.
Lines 22 and 22S (Morgiou Rosiers station): 12 minutes walk.

From Marseille Provence Airport: 38 minutes by car.
From Marseille-Saint-Charles train station: 47 minutes by metro.
