Beautiful area of beach. The pool was wonderful. It’s a very family friendly place. It’s close to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed. Very outdated and felt very dirty. The location and beach was great but other than that I would not recommend this condo.

Wonderful beach vacation in Destin

The condo was beautiful and perfectly located right on the beach in Sandestin. Great restaurants and shopping were close by. Beach chairs and umbrellas were easily available to rent each day. We enjoyed our stay so much and are excited about future stays.

Fall break trip

We’ve been to sandestin many times and this condo was perfect for us. The unit was clean and big enough for the 5 of us. The pool was great as well. Great fall break trip.

Beachfront Resort

Great resort-style location for golf, shopping, dining...it has it all. Very cozy and comfortable for the two of us. View cannot be beat. Host was very nice and quickly helped us with the few requests we had during our month-long stay. Good value for your cost.

Brought my Aunt, who has been having medical issues for quite some time down for a vacation as she has been wanting to go to the beach for a while. I could not have booked a better place to stay. The morning after we got there, she woke up asking how much they would charge her by the month because she loved it so much already. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the couches in the living room were nice and comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed, access to the room is very easy. What you see is what you get in the pictures from the listing. Security is definitely on point making sure that only the guest are in that specific area of the beach. It was very quiet, which is what we were hoping for. Communication was wonderful. If I ever had a question about anything regarding the condo to even asking for references when it came to getting a massage or needing a wheelchair, they were just one text away. It was like texting a friend. I cannot say enough good about this place. It was very hard having to leave our little slice of heaven and return back to our busy life. I look forward to booking again in the future.

Great stay

Property was very well maintained. Pool was immaculate. The staff we interacted with were all friendly to us and our girls. The beach was in great shape, definitely a bonus being a private beach. No issues getting a spot by the ocean. Would definitely come back.

Perfect Location, Steps from the Beach

We stayed at this location ten years ago and wanted to stay here again. The property is beautiful, the pool is perfect, beachfront with amazing views. Our condo was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. I’d say the pillows could stand to be replaced, but otherwise very comfortable!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this property. The location right on the beach is perfect. The property itself was nice but there were a few things broken or not up to date. This did not affect our stay. The pool and beach were awesome!

Simply lovely

The room was exactly as described and was very clean. Such a beautiful view to top it off. Beach was not overcrowded with chairs and umbrellas like many others places set out to rent so there was space to bring your own items. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future. Loved that the pool had a shallow end for toddlers which made it perfect for our family. Overall loved our stay here
