Immerse yourself in peace and stillness overlooking the lake, and cherish nature from your private slice of heaven. Surrounded by Adirondack adventures and charm, this property offers something for everyone. Gather a few friends, unite a family, enjoy a yoga retreat, a small celebration with great photo backdrop, or just escape to the beauty of rural America. Mostly one level inside and out makes it easy for all ages to safely enjoy the fun and relaxation. Most rooms face the lake with southern exposure that reveal amazing sunrises and sunsets. There are 1 King bed, 3 Queens, 3 Fulls, plus 1 Queen air-mattress, 2 sofas. The kitchen is fully stocked; bring the ingredients for your favorite meals, drinks, and desserts. The family room is a great space for games and fun, including a pool table and loads of toys, books and puzzles.

The house is absolutely wonderful! The lakefront location is private, quiet and clean. The game room is fantastic and the entire house was clean and well appointed. I would go back again and stay longer next time!

Amazing home!

The home was as described only better! Having the dock right there is great for anyone with a boat. The driveway was a bit tight but I have a heavy duty crew cab truck so it’s a bit long with the boat - just have to take it slow. There was tons of room so the girls could relax and read while the guys played pool/foosball . Kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Plenty of room in the yard for outdoor games and then there’s the lake right in your backyard. We will definitely be back! Beautiful property and very private.

Great Comfortable place with and Awsome spot on Lake Champlain

Great place clean and comfortable, tons of Games, kayaks and a canoe, stayed the weekend for a wedding, wish we could have stayed longer and spent more time. Thanks

Wonderful Long Weekend on Lake Champlain

A group of high school friends now living all over the country had a reunion at this lake house, and it was wonderful. Other reviewers have covered the views and location, so I’ll just mention the incredible game room (plus more in the garage) that made us feel like teens again. Very fun. Also, the kitchen is well-stocked for people who actually live / cook there - not just the minimum for renters. The only downside was a large nest of wasps living in the roof in the back, which bugged us (literally) when we were outside in back. Otherwise, though, it’s the perfect lake house!

Quiet country stay

This is the second year we rented this property. It has been a great stay for our family the past two years. We are avid fishermen. The launch is right around the corner easy in and out. The driveway is spacious and we were able to park three boats and charge the trolling motors at night. The water is very shallow at the time we rented this year but we were able beach them in the sandy bottom and then push them back out into deeper water. Very few zebra muscles in the bay. The house is very clean with plenty of room for everyone to sleep.

Beautiful Setting for Excursions

We came to Chazy with eight people and three generations of family. We've been doing it every summer for a number of years, mostly in Maine and always on a lake setting. There are usually a daily outdoor excursions and we all gather to relax and cook for each other in the evenings. Some used the paddleboat and kayaks on the Lake Champlaign property just a few miles below the Canadian border. Although there was a private beach and a dock, the only downside was that it was not great for swimming because the water level was low in our cove and a bit muddy and mossy. There was plenty of other games and recreation available there and the home provided plenty of room for everyone's private space. There were three bedrooms—two large ones with three spacious beds and a small one with a bed big enough for two. We had to be creative with sleeping arrangements for two married couples (one elderly and another middle aged), a single adult man and an adult woman with a 10-year-old son. Overall, it was a relaxing place with all the accoutrements.

Comfortable, Relaxing and Plenty of room to spread out

This host Nathalie was a dream come true !!! After being shut out on another property (ID # 692026) the day we where arriving from Western Massachusetts this lady stepped up and opened her house to us. We where going to be stuck in Plattsburgh getting motel rooms over night hoping she would take our reservation for the next two days. We chatted texting on the Vrbo app. and she opened her house up to us on short notice so we could get there that evening. Upon arrival this house was way past are expectations. The garage was perfect to store are hunting gear overnight, the living room was spacious with a nice smart tv. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and hanging out with the seven other hunters I was with. The pool table was a hit and there where plenty of beds to sleep. The two bathrooms gave us plenty of time to get up and hunt in the morning. There where plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and tools to cook great meals. The grill on the back deck worked great for steak night. Granted the lake was frozen over but when it gets warm out it must be beautiful and inviting. Great host great house thanks again Nathalie

Island oasis didn’t disappoint!

This property is absolutely beautiful and had more provisions than most. It was inviting and the overall condition was impeccable. The water was low this year and the beach reflected that however the kayaks, canoe and paddle boat were a wonderfu Touch for the family. The only thing that bothered was a rude neighbor but our interactions were very limited with them. I would highly recommend and will be returning next summer! Nathalie was wonderful as well and very communicative!!

Awesome in every way!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The house is beautiful and spotless. Looks like it was recently renovated and was tastefully decorated. There was plenty of space for 2 families of 4. Bathrooms new and beds comfy. The kitchen was amazing and fully stocked with plenty of spices dishes cookware etc. The location is on private cove beach which was perfect for kayaking swimming and fishing. The owners left 4 kayaks and our 4 boys were able to all go out together. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor activities including pool table , board games, basketball, horse shoes, badminton, water guns, fishing poles There’s an awesome deck, fire pit, and even wooden swing with view of lake The owners thought of everything. Overall it was perfect getaway and we will definitely be back!

Our yard is surrounded by a tall cedar hedge that offers plenty of privacy and elegant setting. It is beautifully landscaped, loaded with birdhouses, flower gardens, shade trees and a big lawn great for your favorite games. The lake shore is easy to access and very safe for kids to swim as it is sandy bottom and gently sloping. The home is expansive with the kitchen and dining area in the heart of the house. It is a one story with short steps upon entry. There are views of the lake from every room. The back porch is overlooking the lake so you can watch the water activities in comfort.
