You’ll have Villa Māha Iti 1 and its private pool to yourselves. A wooden fence separates it from Villa Māha Iti 2 for privacy. The laundry room and one parking space are shared with Villa Māha Iti 2 guests, so you may occasionally see neighbors in these areas.

Long stay

We really enjoyed staying here. Having the pool was incredible and curated a sense of relaxation. The yard chickens and roosters were also a plus. The fully open rear is extremely nice during the day but at night it needs to be closed due to mosquitoes which we didn’t really think about. My one complaint is lack of cooking utilities and cleaning supplies . I think if we stayed here for 3 (we stayed 8) days it wouldn’t have been an issue. Would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for longer stays.

A Lovely Stay in Mo’orea

We had a genuinely lovely week at this property. It’s perfect for a couple exploring Mo’orea by day and looking for a relaxing place to spend some downtime between adventures. It is very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and AC were amazing to cool off from the heat! We loved that it is open air, but did use bug spray and coils to make sure we stayed bite free. The Ohana team was great to work with and even supported us when my husband was sick with an extra sheet change and suggestions for medical care. Thank you for the great stay!

Amazing Stay

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Maha Iti 1. It is a beautiful villa with everything you need. Location is great - super close to a grocery store and not too far from some restaurants. The outdoor area is great with the pool being a highlight. Highly recommend this villa!

I am more than grateful for this stay. I really needed a place to get away and feel like I was in the tropics and this villa provided everything I was looking for. The kitchen is full stacked with whatever you need to cook. The bathroom was perfect, the open concept was amazing and I slept like a baby. The pool was perfect, the coconut trees, banana trees and mango in my own private garden made it feel that much more exotic. Everything was so easy, communication with the property managers was fantastic, it was comfortable and welcoming! Thank you again !!!!

Super cute bungalow

We enjoyed our stay at Ohana Properties. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect location to amenities and market. The pool was amazing! Ranitea was also extremely prompt and helpful. Great customer service.

Lovely home in Moorea

We spent 6 nights in this beautiful house and felt very much at home. It was clean, spacious and very well equipped. Great communication with Ranitea and perfect location close to Les Tipaniers and many amenities. We can definitely recommend Villa Maha iti 1. Mauruuru roa!

Private and modern self contained Villa

This private Villa is modern and well equipped if you want to be self contained. The full sized fridge and cooking facilities are great. The small pool is amazing and the overall property nicely kept. It’s very close to the main road so you will hear traffic. It’s located only a short distance from the Village and short drive to the public beach. The property team are incredibly easy to communicate with and were so helpful.

Good Villa for 2 adults

We are 3 friends that decided to stay in the Villa, each sleeping in different beds. Pros - The location is near Tipaniers Beach, walking distance - The pool - very refreshing after a day of snorkeling at the beach - well equipped kitchen - well maintained garden Cons - the size is not enough for 3 adults, it is better for couples or 2 people - not enough space to leave your luggage - no air conditioning at the deck, as it gets really hot even with a fan - deck stairs is uncomfortable - responsiveness of the host was low during the weekend Overall our stay was ok, except that the deck was not cleaned when we arrived, some bed sheets were replaced as they were not washed properly and a few items in the booklet were not provided (umbrellas, snorkeling gear, beach blankets,some amenities like salt and body wash)

Une escapade en amoureux exceptionelle !

Propriété magnifique, située dans une résidence calme. Nous avons séjourné trois nuits perchés dans notre petit cocon. À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par une jolie décoration préparée pour célébrer nos noces, une attention qui nous a beaucoup touchés. Nous avions tout le nécessaire à disposition, sur place ou à proximité (plage, Sorbet de Moorea, restaurants, magasin...). C'est à peine si nous voulions sortir tellement nous nous sentions bien dans la villa, à profiter de notre petite piscine privée. Nous avons un petit visiteur avec sa famille qui chantait pour nous. Évidemment, cela fait partie du charme et de la vie des îles. On peut entendre les voitures sur la route principale mais cela ne nous a pas du tout déranger. Nous étions bien trop occupés à profiter pleinement de notre escapade. Une équipe au top ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommanderons cette villa à nos amis.

Superbe Villa !

Ce logement était parfait ! Nous avons séjourné à 4 personnes pendant un week-end. L’emplacement est magnifique, le logement très bien construit. Nous avons adoré l’aspect ouvert de cette villa, très convivial. À recommander !

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern , wirklich schön , neu und sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage funktioniert im Schlafzimmer perfekt. Der kleine Pool ist auch total gepflegt und es ist sehr ruhig , um dort nach Ausflügen zu entspannen. Wie eigentlich überall auf der Insel ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, um sich fortzubewegen.Man ist aber sehr schnell überall. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieser schönen Unterkunft übernachten
