Owner was amazing! He was very thorough with explaining the details and amenities of his property. He was also available at anytime to help with suggestions food, activities etc.. Great attention to detail. Beautiful ocean view and access to beach. Also loved having a pool. Great location.I look forward to coming back again and would strongly recommend this property to others.

Jean-Marc was such a gracious host and shared area information with us in advance such as places to shop, eat and visit. He forwarded us pictures to help in navigating to the property which made it so easy! Upon arrival he was there to give us a tour of the property and show us how everything operated. We greatly appreciate all he did to make us comfortable and familiar!The property is absolutely stunning in a great location. The property is full of character and it shows by the attention to detail on alll the furnishings right down to lights and wall hangings. Made you feel even more in paradise! Jean- Marc is proud of his property and rightfully so! House was in perfect shape and inpeccably clean. Everything you would need for a stay was there!If we ever return to Moorea ( and we will!) I will certainly stay at this great property!A special thanks again to Jean- Marc for his hospitality!!

Our host was excellent, he went out of his way to assure we were comfortable and provided great local entertainment information! His property is a true gem on a beautiful island!

Usually when I rent a home it's never quite as nice as the pictures appear on the website and they lack a little cleanliness. This home went beyond my expectations. It's absolutely beautiful and in a perfect setting. Two walls open completely to the outside so we could sit and listen to the ocean. The pool is salt water and the pool house has two walls that open completely as well. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and are very comfortable. The house has all the amenities that you could ever ask for. The host met us when we drove in and went through and explained everything in the house. A gardner comes every day and cleans the yard and pool. It appears that the host lives right next door but we never saw him and he is very inobtrusive. I can't find anything negative to say and I highly recommend a stay at this home. As for the island of Moorea itself, be prepared for a very laid-back atmosphere. It is not commercialized at all and is a very small island so if you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the island to go to. I would recommend renting a car as most restaurants are not within walking distance although it appears a taxi service is available.

This home has truly a beautiful space right on the ocean in Moorea! The pool with a pool house that opens up two of the walls for a delightful place to relax and enjoy the views was a favorite hang out place for us. The home is artistically and carefully curated with the guest in mind and he was always available to answer questions or make recommendations for activities, restaurants and even secret spots on the island to enjoy. We will definitely be back to Moorea and this home is the one we will rent! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This is one of the best rentals that we have ever stayed at. The house is exactly as depicted in the pictures. It has plenty of rooms and space, beautiful grounds, and a great location. Jean Marc is a wonderful and warm host.

Perfect in every way. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Fantastic views and easy access to shallow snorkeling in warm clear reef waters teeming with sea life. You can leave the fins and suits at home, just bring snorkel, mask, reef shoes and gloves. Have sunrise coffee on the backyard picnic table, shaded sunset dinner there as well, while watching sailboats, whales, and the occasional beach combers. Zero mosquito problems during our entire stay. Ample room for privacy in beautifully decorated and maintained multi room complex. Host Jean Marc has wonderful taste in design, decoration, kitchen supplies, dining advice, and area knowledge. Everything you want and better than expected. Paradise.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this villa is. Perfection. Few properties in Moorea compare to the value for the money and location of this place. We were 3 couples and we each had our own beautiful room/bathroom. There is also a small loft bedroom for kids. The master bedroom is spectacular. Pictures don't do it justice. Our Host has decorated the house with amazing artwork from all over the world. There is so much space to spread out. We sat in the pool house outside for breakfast, cocktail hour, naps, reading. It can be completely open to get the ocean breeze but provides ample shade. The yard is large and has lots of lounge chairs, a picnic table, shady spots. The sound of the ocean waves was soothing. The salt water pool is clean and refreshing. Inside, the kitchen and dining area is large with everything you need to cook if you desire. Lots of pots, pans, dishes, toaster, coffee maker (and coffee), and much more. We only ate breakfast in as the restaurants and food trucks within a short drive for lunch and dinner were wonderful. Great beach close by for snorkeling. Our host walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. He offered recommendations and was happy to answer any questions. The day we checked out his housekeeper found a favorite sweater I left. Our host texted me a pic and he went above and beyond to send it that same day on a freight ferry to Tahiti so I could pick it up. Would stay here again if i return to Moorea

Jean Marc was great, he greeted us like we were family and walked through the house with very clear instructions. The location was phenomenal, steps to the most amazing ocean beach. Not for swimming, but the most hypnotic experience ever. Three couples had their own rooms and private toilets. Very well maintained and comfortable.

Our host Jean-Marc was amazing and did a very helpful orientation of the property for check-in. This was important because of the property's many fun sliding, power doors that open up the property to the water, as well as fun and funky bedrooms. The kitchen was fantastic, and we cooked at least one meal every day. Jean-Marc also had wonderful recommendations for restaurants and markets around the island. If you're golfers, this property is 5 minutes from the course, which allowed us to play an impromptu round of golf. Altogether a very fun, cozy property that makes you feel like you're in paradise.

Secluded beach front with access to amenities.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The beach was quiet, the backyard over looks the ocean, and the pool offers a great place to cool off in the afternoons. We would book agai .

Beautiful beach front house

Jean's place is beautiful. The air conditioning in the bedroom works great. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. Jean is readily available for any help you my need.

This place is absolutely perfect! Such a wonderful location with a private pool right on the beach. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Check in process was very easy and we received great recommendations from Jean-Marc. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful stay in paradise

What a beautiful home with a welcoming host. We arrived really early and were allowed to check in. Great beach in front of the house and we spent many an hour hanging out in the pool cabana. Traveling in a party of 5 and the separate spaces were perfect. Well stocked kitchen and close to large grocery store.

Clean, adorable home and pool was the best

My husband and I and our friends stayed here for 9 nights in February. The home had everything we needed and our host was very accommodating. He was helpful when we needed him and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Moorea is beautiful, hot and humid in Feb, but absolutely beautiful!

Great house. We spent a lot of time in the pool house. We were there in October and saw whales almost every day. We could not have ask for a better place.

Perfect retreat

Thorough introduction and friendly advice from the host. House was very clean and well maintained. Many convenient kitchen appliances and utensils. The pool and and view from the picnic table under the bonzi pine tree were our favorite.
