--Homes are NOT baby-proofed (no outlet covers, no cabinet locks, furniture is not secured to walls, no cribs provided, etc). Guests are responsible for their safety.
--No parties, or events – we value the relationship with our neighbors, and strive to keep the home in top condition.
--🚭 No smoking inside or within 50 feet (violations = $300 cleaning fee)

(It is simply dependent on whether or not it’s a same day check-in/out, the condition in which the previous guest left the home, and our cleaners’ schedules.) Please notify us if you would like early/late check-in/out, and we will do our best to make it work! 🕚
