The grounds around cottage are beautiful. The cottage was good except for the musty smell when we arrived. By the time we left it was goneOverall the stay was great. The little town of Wickford was great

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this lovely home. The house is spotless and the property is well maintained. The house manager is friendly and quickly responded to my email. I loved sitting outside and enjoying the peace and quiet. The location is ideal. My dog, Stella, and I loved walking to the beach. We look forward to staying there again.

This adorable cottage was perfect for us. It’s in a quiet area close to Wickford, is well stocked with all the essentials, and is absolutely spotless inside and out. The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to answer all of our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming Spot & Perfect Location

We stayed 3 nights with our dog and loved this property! Well maintained house and check in was super easy. Property has beautiful yard, although not fully fenced in. House is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the water. Easy drive into Wickford.

Cute, functional cottage

This was a wonderful place to stay for a few days. The property was clean and well appointed and the outdoor space was lovely. It was a friendly neighborhood and nice to walk our dog around the point!

North Kingston cutie

Wonderful location on Rhode Island main land. Close to downtown Wickford and a three block walk to the Narragansett Bay. Convenient to RI 138 which takes you to Jamestown and Newport. The property is dog friendly and fenced in to protect your pet with just a few gaps between them and the neighbors property.

Wonderful!

Great place for a vacation!! The house was very clean and included everything you’d need! The house is in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance to a beach. The manager is very helpful and provided lots of information on the surrounding area. I plan on staying there again!

Quiet get away

My husband, myself and our boxer came for a 4 night stay. House was clean & location was quiet. We visited local shops & restaurants. Our dog was permitted at the outdoor seating area at the restaurants so that was super nice. Glad we visited.

Great stay

I grew up in RI and this was the ideal spot between the south country beaches and my parents house. Allowed for a great balance of family/extended family time while having our own space. Very clean, private and comfortable. Beds especially which never happens in rental IMO. Thomas was very responsive as well. Recommend

Great vacation spot!

My family (all adults) really enjoyed our stay here. The pictures don’t do it justice and it’s really clean and comfortable both inside and outside. The kitchen had everything needed, and we enjoyed spending most of our nights outside in the yard grilling and sitting around our portable fire pit (that we brought). The location is also convenient and close to many day trip locations. Communication with the host was quick and reliable! We would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Beautiful property

Everything was just as described, what a beautiful location and property. Thomas was communicative and responsive. We loved the large fenced in yard, and quick walk to the little beach with beautiful views. Our stay was comfortable and memorable.

I can’t say enough! We enjoyed our stay totally. Thomas is wonderful to deal with he was so helpful with telling us about what was available. The house made you feel you were on a beach vacation. So well decorated. He was the kindest when corresponding and wanted to make sure you were pleased with everything. Makes me never wanting to stay in a hotel again. Thanks so much.

Nice neighborhood and good location

This cottage sits in a nice quiet neighborhood close to a small stoney beach. Kayak can be launched at the beach. The property is clean and everything works fine. There a few good breakfast places close by and a pizza place. It gives us options when we go out earlier or get back late. Host responses to questions very quickly.

Greatest host!!

The host was amazing. When we arrived the air conditioning and refrigerator were not working. We contacted the host and he immediately provided us with a different property for the night. As my family was at the other property he had an electrician out who determined it was a power problem from the power coming into the house. He had the electric company out at 11pm working to repair the problem. We were able to move back to the original property first thing in the morning. We will definitely rent here again when we got to Newport.

North Kingstown/Wickford

This was such a cute place. Fully stocked and very clean. It had a huge yard for the dogs. I stayed with my two little dogs. It's a short walk to the Bay. Thomas was sooo easy to contact. I definitely will be staying again in the future.

Family get away

My family and I had a great vacation in Rhode Island! The cottage was clean and a perfect size for spending time together. It was a short drive to all the popular locations (Newport, Narragansett, Jamestown, etc). We absolutely loved the cute quaint town off of Wickford Village. Delicious restaurants and cute shops to go in and out of. Overall, we had a fantastic trip. We visited the water multiple times at the end of the street and even enjoyed the kayaks.
