We welcome you to our spa like private residence. Enjoy the nearby attractions and entertainment (20 minute walk), or just stay at home, take a swim in the private pool, (with optional heating) improve your short game on our 5 hole putting green, and BBQ with friends! Our back yard is completely private. No 2 story homes around us. Just make yourself at home here.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Our desert retreat is just 1 mile to State Farm Stadium, Tanger Outlet Mall, Westgate entertainment district, Gila Bend Arena, newly opened Desert Diamond Casino West Valley Resort, shopping malls, fine dining, movie theaters, and sports bars. It's a moderate walk (20 minutes) or short drive (2 minutes) to just about anything one would need or want.
Our inviting 2,200 square foot ranch home has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths. This home has been completely updated, and all furnishings and finishes have a spa like feel. The master bedroom and en suite are on opposite sides of the house from the queen bedrooms and bath to provide desired privacy between you and your guests. Smart TV's!
We offer a comfortable Den with a pull-out queen sofa sleeper, Playstation 4, and well-equipped kitchen with all appliances and necessities including a Keurig coffee pot with coffee provided, a spacious great room with upscale leather furnishings, gas fireplace, and a 50 inch smart tv. The King Master Suite bodes a luxury mattress, high thread count linens, crisp white duvets. It’s your own private spa to enjoy your time away. Two Queen Suites have the same luxury amenities and a full bath located between. While outdoors enjoy our private pool with optional heating ($25/day), lounge chairs with umbrella, pool toys and floats, life jackets for all ages, fire pit and a large table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is also a quiet covered nook outdoors with comfy chairs, table, propane heater, and ceiling fan to relax, read a book, and/or enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while grilling on the built-in Weber grill.
Aside from being 1 mile away from some of the hottest attractions in AZ, our home also has easy access to the 101 Freeway making it a quick trip to the stadiums to watch all of your favorite spring training MLB teams. Consider the Phoenix International Raceway (PIR), NASCAR Sprint, and many restaurants for fine dining in Park West Center. Old Towne Glendale has antiquing and small bistros to explore. Harbor International Airport is an easy 20-minute trip accessible by shuttle, Uber, or Taxi.

Quaint, Clean & Organized

Six of us came to town for a concert, and found this great house for the long weekend. The house is beautifully put together, very clean, comfortable and the owners are very organized and readily available for any questions or concerns. The bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms stocked with towels and toilet paper, and the outdoor space was incredible. Great choice if you visit the area!

As advertised!

It's always hit or miss when you read property descriptions and reviews, but this home is as advertised. Check-in process was a snap, and the owner's were very attentive and sweet. The home has everything you need from an assortment of pots/pan, spices, a Keurig or reg. coffee pot, and a waffle maker which we rarely see in a VRBO. I highly recommend this home as it's incredibly clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Thank you for an amazing stay and we will certainly return when in AZ again.

Great home for a long weekend with the family

We were in town for my daughter’s dance convention and this place was perfect for our family of 5. It was important for me to have a house with a pool… and even though it was 60 degrees outside, the pool felt awesome!! Well worth the extra money to have it heated! The extra pool toys and life jackets were a welcome surprise. There was plenty of space to hang out, and a lot for my boys to do nearby. Angela’s communication was awesome from booking through the end of our visit. Thanks for providing a great place! We would definitely rent again.

Perfect place to stay for game day!

We came to watch the Fiesta Bowl and wanted to stay fairly close to the stadium. We really lucked out with this property! It was perfect for our group - 3 couples. The home is really nice, clean and comfortable. We really loved the heated pool and the little putt-putt golf was fun. The location was perfect for game day! We did Uber over to the stadium, but then after the game we walked back. It was about a 25-30 minute walk, but it would have taken way longer to get an uber. Angie was so nice and really easy to work with and answered any/all of my questions very quickly. (And was also very understanding of a minor issue where we broke a small object. - Thank you, Angie, for being so nice!) We would gladly stay here again for future trips!

Sisters week

Angela was great to work with. She checked in with me to be sure everything was going smoothly. The house is in a nice location close to shopping and restaurants. The house is very clean and we had everything we needed. The pool is perfect. We spent each afternoon in it. We had a wonderful week in Arizona.

Best choice I could've made

We booked this house not knowing anything in AZ. This house is perfectly located we had access to shopping, attractions, and restaurants all withing 5 miles or less. The house was extremely clean and filled with board games some food and drinks and everything we needed for hygiene! When we first walked in we where greater with a note saying "your home away from home" and it really felt like that. We had access to everything in the house. We spent most of our stay outside by the already heated pool with the fire pit! Very wholesome and relaxing! The hosts where very understanding with us with check in ( we had to check in early due to a early flight and flying with kids) they responded very fast with any questions we had and where extremely nice. We are planning to come back in the summer time and this house will be my first choice if available! Thank you guys for everything!

Great place to stay!

Awesome experience. House was amazing and set up perfectly. Great communication with owners. Location was spot on for attending sporting events (25 min walk to State Farm Stadium). Will stay there again for sure.

Great Stay

Enjoyed our time in this home away from home! The pool was wonderful, especially in the mornings. Kitchen stocked well and the complementary wine, shampoo, WiFi, etc. we’re nice touches.
