Regarding the gym, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the absence of air conditioning and weights. Our community is part of a new development, and as a result, the private owners' clubhouse is not fully completed with all the planned amenities in place. In the meantime, the Punta Mita Fitness Center, which is located next to the Tennis Club facility, is available for use.

We are sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations as we strive to meet and exceed our guests' needs. Apologies for the inconvenience you and your family experienced due to the elevator being out of service during your recent stay. To clarify, the repair of the elevator is performed by a separate entity for the entire Tau complex, not solely the responsibility of Tau 121. The elevator was out of service due to a severe storm which occurred prior to your arrival. We were initially advised by the Homeowners Association (HOA) that the elevator would be operational in 24 hours and shared that information with you. Unfortunately, with current worldwide supply chain challenges, the part needed took longer than initially expected. However, whenever we were updated by the HOA regarding a change in time frame the elevator would be operational again, we communicated these changes to you as soon as we received them. Vallarta Rentals uses several methods of communication to accommodate our guests' preferences and is always looking for ways to improve. Daily housekeeping and concierge services are available to address all our clients' needs. We apologize that this issue could not be resolved during your visit. However, some things are out of our control. We understand that owners and guests use the elevators as a convenience. For guests needing residences with accessibility, we would recommend properties that are labeled handicap accessible and communicate their needs to us. This is for the safety and wellbeing of all guests, especially in an emergency, when elevators may be disabled. Every unit at the Tau complex is purposely elevated with stairs to provide lovely views. The benefits specifically for the guests of Tau 121, as you saw, are the private stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, the Bay of Banderas, Sierra Madre Mountains, Las Marietas Islands, and 18th tee of the Bahia Golf Course.
