Condo was fantastic, clean and relaxing for a great vacation. Cinthia was very helpful and responded immediately to our many questions. We especially like the new golf cart that allowed us to visit the many beach clubs and town. I especially liked the small and long lap pool that allowed some exercise after a day of roasting in the sun. Highly recommend but Punta Mita is somewhat expensive.

Thanks for your comments, and special remarks to our staff and convenient location. I will make sure the staff receives your message. This month you may have felt that PM is somewhat expensive; but keep in mind that it is a temporary matter as the USD has lost ground against MXN Peso, almost 15%, since last year; but the historic records show us that it should come back soon to normal ranges. On our end, we have maintained our rental rates based in USD to avoid our guests suffering this temporary glitch in the financial world.

The unit was extremely clean and exactly as described. We loved the location within the development, the helpful and kind staff and the great access to the outdoors. We utilized Cinthia for transportation arrangement, grocery shopping and reservation assistance, which was a huge benefit. Claudia kept the unit tidy all week and even did some of our laundry for us! We would definitely stay here again!! Note: We arrived just 2 weeks after the unrest in PV and I wanted to share that everything felt completely normal and very safe. I would not hesitate to spend your vacation time in Punta Mita - you will not be disappointed!

Great trip to Punta Mita

This was our first time in Punta Mita, and this property greatly exceeded our expectations. It was a great size for our family of 4 (and would work for even more people), was very clean, well located, and well stocked. Claudia cooked us breakfast a couple times, and it was amazing! Even our picky kids loved everything she made. We will absolutely stay here again!
