We fell in love with it and we know you will too! Enjoy waking up to the lakeview and sitting on the deck with your coffee. We will make you feel right at home with a real stone, wood burning fireplace, a fenced yard, an outdoor stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. You can get away from it all during any season of the year and enjoy the comforts and amenities of home. It is perfect for couples and families with children of all ages!
There are 3 Bedrooms. The Master Bedroom Suite has a King bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has Twin Bunk Beds. There are 2 full baths, one with Tub and Shower and the other with Handicapped-Friendly Walk In shower with Seat.
We have many modern conveniences including a brand new microwave, brand new stove, dish-washer, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, 2 Smart TVs, free WiFi, Air conditioning in all rooms in the late spring-summer. Pillows, bedding, linens and bath/kitchen towels are provided. You'll find books and games to use. Bring your corn hole/outdoor games. The yard is plenty big for spreading out! We have a double driveway for off street parking for up to 4+ cars (SUVs) and/or boats/jet skis.
There is a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals and a Keurig coffee-maker is provided. Sit at the kitchen table or pull up a counter stool.
No large parties allowed. We ask that you treat our home the way you would your own.
You can relax all day in our private, peaceful, friendly community that is right next to 300 acres of woodlands and hiking trails at Shuman's Point Natural Area. Or you can fill your day with fun activities on the lake and in the surrounding areas. Our dock is 400 yards away. In the summer, you can dock your own boat or other toys in our boat slip just a short walk away. In autumn there is beautiful fall foliage to admire on nature walks. There are so many nearby activities you can enjoy: Multiple Nature Sanctuaries, Museums, Health Spas, Waterfalls, Golf, Claws and Paws Wild Animal Park, Costa's Family Fun Center, Horseback Riding, White Water Rafting, Zip Lining, Skiing and Tubing and more. There are also many restaurants and stores nearby, including a full Supermarket, Pharmacy, Health Food Store, Antiques and more.
