Amazing vacation

The property is perfect: the backyard is a relaxing oasis and the house is well appointed whit everything. We already miss it .

Week long vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property. We stayed six nights for a family vacation. The location was great in a quiet neighborhood and within a short drive to the beach. We spent a day at Disneyland which was a 30 min drive. The pool and jacuzzi were the highlight and is where we spent the majority of our time while at the house. Richard was very communicative and willing to help if at all needed. Highly recommend.

relaxing and lovely property

We really enjoyed our stay! Richard's home is relaxing, clean and modern. The pool and garden are beautiful. He was always available to help when needed and did all he could to make out stay comfortable. Definitely plan to return!

Wonderful!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. The pool and surroundings were even better that the photos on the VRBO site. Richard was a great host and checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed to have a perfect vacation. We will definitely return.

Richard has created a private oasis in his backyard! We had a wonderful stay. The property was incredibly comfortable with all of the amenities that you would need. We honestly hated to leave. We'll be back!

Incredible stay

The host of the home is so kind and communicative. The home was clean and beautiful. Walking distance to all amenities. Incredibly safe neighborhood. Easy drive to the beach. The gorgeous backyard, pool and hot tub were the highlight. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, thank you!!

Wonderful Stay

This property is superb! It is in a beautiful neighborhood, is clean and spacious and has everything you need. Richard is kind, thoughtful and very helpful. He walked through everything and was available to answer any questions right away. We will be back to stay soon!

Amazing!

We will definitely be back! The location of the property is incredible and the backyard is a dream. The host keeps the pool heated. Richard, the host, was great and made sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

What a wonderful home!

This home is absolutely wonderful. Beyond comfortable and centrally located, this property is perfect for anyone visiting the Laguna Niguel area. The outdoor spaces are absolutely astounding. The swimming pool, hot tub and grounds are exquisite. The owner who manages the property is engaging, informative and supremely generous with both their time and their kindness. Their considerable effort made our short stay truly outstanding.

What a gorgeous place to call home if you are blessed enough. This is a special house! With a very kind owner! It’s like staying at a relatives house. Everything is top Notch and he has thought of everything!

Beautiful and as promised

The house and grounds were great. The pictures are accurate. There is a nearby shopping center with groceries, restaurants, and more. 5 stars. Richard was great. He gets 5 stars too.

Private backyard and pool

We had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed this well kept property. The private backyard with pool and hot tub was a backyard oasis that allowed us the relaxing pool days we were looking for. Salt creek beach is only a 10 min drive away, Disneyland approx. 25 min and walking distance to a grocery store as well as Starbucks and other stores. Richard was an extremely gracious host and was readily available for any questions or recommendations to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Can’t wait to make it back here next year!

Lovely property, great location and amazing pool/yard

The host is very accommodating. We would have given this property a 5 star review accept the AC went out during our stay. It was bad timing but I do understand things happen. The VRBO is great for a small family. The location worked great for us. The house is well stocked and very comfortable. The back yard/pool area is amazing and Richard keeps it heated to the perfect temperature.

Wonderful home in Laguna 5 stars

We had a wonderful stay, house was clean, pool is amazing - the outdoor space is like a retreat. Check in wa simple and Rich was there to guide us through everything. Quiet neighborhood, we never heard a peep. Close to shops, Dana point and Laguna. We stayed with our 3 teen children and they loved it. Rich was the best host always there if we needed anything. We can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Rich’s home.

Spring Break in Laguna

We spent a wonderful week in Laguna, in no small part due to our VRBO location and unexpectedly wonderful host, Richard. He has put a great deal of care and attention to detail into the property. It is truly an oasis. The yard area was beautiful and relaxing. The interior of the home is cozy and fully-appointed with all you could need while on vacation. It was wonderful to meet Richard. He met us a bit after normal check-in hours and came back the next morning to walk us through key information about the property. Richard also checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure all was going well, offering helpful suggestions about areas to visit, places to eat, and other attractions. He is a tremendously positive host and person that made our visit even more memorable. We'll definitely be back!

Tolle Lage mit toller Außenanlage zum Entspannen

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Außenanlage des Hauses ist top! Großer Pool mit einem Jacuzzi, den wir so gut wie jeden Abend nutzten. Das Haus war innen ansprechend. Das kleinere Zimmer war für zwei Erwachsene leider etwas klein. Ansonsten ausreichend. Die Lage war auch super. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man einen tollen Supermarkt, Mc Donalds ä, Starbucks, Subway, Restaurants etc. mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten am Hafen oder an verschiedenen Stränden.Alles in allem ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Ruhige traumhafte Oase

Richard hat uns am Haus empfangen und uns alles genau erklärt und gezeigt. Er war auch während unseres Aufenthaltes super zu erreichen und hat uns auch Tipps für Strände in der Umgebung gegeben. Er war total hilfsbereit egal was wir benötigten. Der Pool ist ein Traum und die gesamte Unterkunft ist eine wunderbare Oase zum relaxen und auch ein super Ausgangspunkt zum erkunden der diversen umliegenden Strände. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Gegend und man kann die Supermärkte zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichen.

Excellent location and yard area

The property is located 10 minutes drive from Dana Point in very nice neighborhood. Grocery store and other services within walking distance. The best part of the house is definitely the back yard with pool, jacuzzi and grill. Very private and beautiful to spend a pool day. Inside the house is nice, kitchen with everything we needed. We would have liked the bed in master bedroom to be a bit wider. Richard was very helpful and was easy to contact with. He kept in touch during our stay to ensure everything was ok.

Perfect for rest and relaxation

Amazing backyard in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood - exactly as depicted in the pictures. Richard met us at the property when we arrived, went over everything with us, and was very responsive when we were there. The property was ideal for 3 adults - good internal space, all the washing/drying/kitchen facilities you could need, and a backyard that really is like your own private resort. The shopping complex within 2 blocks is well stocked with an Albertson's, a CVS, Thrive Juice Lab , a Starbucks, and a couple of restaurants. I'd highly recommend this rental for those looking for R&R!
