You'll enjoy time fishing and being with your family in our comfortable home located on Paradise Point in Cedar Bluff. Our home is situated on one of the best level and shady lots in a great neighborhood.
With three comfortable bedrooms and two clean baths you can comfortably sleep six.
Outside - The level shady lot is suitable for all ages. We have outdoor dining on the covered back porch and picnic table at water, a park style charcoal BBQ grill, excellent boat ramp, horse-shoes, lots of shade trees, and a fire pit, situated on a lot just under an acre. Enjoy swimming between the sea wall and the dock as there is a good bottom and swim ladders to get up on the dock. From April to December the water is approximately 12' deep at the end of the dock and 3' deep at the sea wall. Launch your boat from the ramp on property and leave it moored under the covered dock for easy access during your stay. The kids and grandpa can easily fish from the sea wall when you aren't on your boat. The water on this cove is a great depth for enjoying tubing with the kids. The fire pit is near the water and there are many outdoor chairs you can use. Located at the end of a culdesac, this hometown neighborhood is safe and relaxing. The neighbor's gentle small dog will likely swing by and visit, especially when you're cooking hamburgers!

Inside -
This mobile home, turned permanent home over time, has all new appliances, washer dryer, tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms, laminate floors throughout, a new central AC unit and a spacious back covered porch. There is a porcelain bathtub for the kids in one bathroom and a stand up shower in the master bath. one king bed, one queen bed and two twin beds are all comfortable with great sheets and pillows. With a card table as the indoor dining table you can play spades and Yahtzee for hours in comfort. A leather couch and chair comfortably seats 4. There is basic Direct TV. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates/cups, Mr. Coffee coffee pot, and a microwave. There is one blow dryer.

Due to unpredictable pet behavior at a new property, pets are not allowed. However, you can contact owner for potential pet arrangements for long term stays (greater than one month).
