Incredible location situated between Rosemary and Alys Beach. First floor condo that you can walk straight out to community pool, hot tub, or walk to the beach. Updated unit with a modern finish throughout and granite kitchen and bathroom countertops.

Enjoy deeded beach access at the famous white sand beaches of the Florida panhandle. Walk or bike to all of the eclectic shops and restaurants throughout Alys, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach.

Incredibly versatile 1 bedroom studio condo that features a queen bed and twin bunkbeds just feet from the community pool and hot tub. This street level unit has easy access and is located just a short stroll to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach.

Guests are allowed to access the full space.

Owners are available via phone during your stay.

Condo is located directly on 30a at the east entrance of Alys Beach in Seacrest Beach.

Bikes can be rented in Seacrest at Peddlers 30a (roughly $30 per day or $70 per week)

Very comfortable stay!

The condo was very clean and exactly as described. Lots of helpful amenities were included and bedding was very comfortable. Complex was very quiet, pool was never crowded and was just steps away. Patio space was perfect for keeping all of our beach equipment. The access to Seacrest beach was convenient. We also had a short walk to the shops at Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. Have been traveling to 30a for over ten years and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, but tiny, studio

Beautiful, but tiny, studio. this place would be perfect for a couple. For three persons it was too small. The location is amazing walkable and convenient. Wonderful pool right outside your door. For more than two persons there’s really not enough room to sit, eat, or put your things. If you’re 1 or 2 persons, or with a small child, looking for a small studio, it’s perfect.

My college roommates and I loved our stay here! The condo was so nice, well stocked, and in a perfect location. We hope to be back in the same spot next year.

Perfect Beach Getaway

My best friend was married in December 2020, and we traveled to meet her husband and her in the Panama City Beach area. It was a really nice getaway for us, one of the first trips that we’ve taken as a couple. We were both widowed in 2018. The condo was perfect, well appointed, extremely clean, excellent location… And the owner, Chad, was very easy to work with and quickly responded to our questions. It was just the two of us & we are in our late 50s, we really didn’t want to stay someplace that was too frenetic. This worked out perfectly for us. We enjoyed the pool area, (unfortunately we miss placed the key!) But Chad was quick to respond as to how we could replace it. Seacrest Beach was maybe a five minute walk… And we had really fun beach days. We used the vendor “La Dolce Vita” to rent beach chairs and umbrellas. I would highly recommend them. If I were to return to this area, I would definitely seek out this condo.

Beautiful Property

The property was beautiful and very clean. The check-in process was super easy and I was able to contact the property manager quickly and efficiently. It is very close to the beach and the back porch leads right to the pool and spa. I would definitely stay here again!!
