Sunny Delight: New Upgrades, Private Pool, Currituck Club Amenities

Sunny Delight lives up to its name with bright rooms and large windows to let the summer sunshine pour in! The new owners are making upgrades and new photos are coming soon. [Note: No dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

New for 2026: Top Level Living area is being expanded for more spacious seating; King mattress replaced in the top level master suite, plus new outdoor furniture and an on-demand water heater.

TOP LEVEL:
An open and spacious Great Room features a living area with flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. There is access to both a screened porch and a sun deck at the back of the house to provide delightful outdoor views. The dining table seats 8 and the kitchen bar counter seats 3. The kitchen has a gas cooktop and a double wall oven plus a built-in microwave. There is a half bath by the kitchen. A King Master Suite is on this level with flat-screen TV (cable); its private bath that has a glass shower and a separate soaking tub. Stairs up to a tower room offers a Day Bed with Trundle which can provide extra sleeping accommodations if needed. [Note: gas fireplaces in the home are not available for guest use and there is no access to the garage.]

ENTRY LEVEL:
The large den is a second sitting area for watching TV or for relaxation. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor: a Queen Master Suite and a Queen bedroom both have streaming TV options. The Pyramid Bunk Set is designed for children and a hall bath with shower/tub combo is shared with the Queen bedroom. Outdoors, the pool deck has a kidney-shaped private pool measures 9' x 20' (open mid-May to mid-Oct.) and pool furniture (outdoor shower is not available). There is parking for 2 vehicles only; the garage is not available for guest use.

EXTRAS:
In season, The Hammocks section has a full-size pool and kiddie pool for the little ones. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean views.
