The house has a complete baby and child equipment. Comfortable and well equipped, it will welcome you after water activities or numerous walks (GR 34). Shops are located 5kms away and you are close to the cities of Concarneau, Pont-Aven and Quimper.

On the first floor, you enter the large main room with an open fireplace, a large library and television lounge area opening onto the terrace and the large garden. The dining area has a large table for 8 to 10 people; it is open to the fully equipped kitchen (induction, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator) Through a corridor there is access to the first bedroom with its bathroom and separate toilets. The bedroom has a double bed, a large dressing room and a small desk. It opens onto the terrace equipped for meals or idleness.
On the first floor, two large bedrooms and a smaller one (ideal for 2 children or an adult), the large bedrooms have one a double bed, the other two single beds that can be joined, a large wall cupboard, an armchair and a desk. The small bedroom has two single beds and a dresser. A bathroom with shower, and separate toilets complete the floor. In the basement, there is garden equipment, barbecue, beach games, washing machine, dryer and freezer. Outdoor games for children are available as well as the necessary equipment (stroller, travel cot, cot, high chair, baby bath, changing table, etc.).
