Head out to the heated and cooled garage game room equipped with Ping-Pong, an air hockey table that can be converted into a pool table, foosball, poker table, and more. And when you want to get some fresh air, this home features a screened-in sunroom, a furnished, wraparound upper balcony and lower deck, a lakeside firepit, and a private dock.

Set right on the shore of Lake Anna, this family-friendly retreat is the ideal destination for boating, kayaking, swimming, and fishing! If you need any last-minute gear, Anna Point Marina is less than four miles from your door, just across the New Bridge. For a bit of fun away from the water, indulge in a little wine tasting at Lake Anna Winery, just six-and-half miles away. While a day trip up to Fredericksburg offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and all-ages attractions, just 30 miles northeast.

roughly 50 yards or less from the home. Boat launch area in the community - guests are provided with key to unlock the gate that leads to boat launch.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
