Relax—you’re on lake time! No car? No problem. This modern 2BR/2BA condo is just a short walk from the Amtrak station, making it a perfect getaway for Chicago travelers. Located in the heart of New Buffalo, you’ll be steps from restaurants, shopping, the marina, and the beach.

Inside, you'll find everything needed for a stress-free stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living space. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed plus a full bunk bed set—ideal for families. Flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms ensure entertainment for all.

Beach day? We’ve got you covered with beach chairs, a wagon, towels, toys, and an umbrella. When you're ready to cool off, take a dip in one of two pools—an outdoor rooftop pool with marina views and a heated indoor pool. A state-of-the-art fitness center with showers is also available.

The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day–Labor Day (weather permitting).

The unit does not offer a grill or indoor garage parking. All parking is located in the secured parking lot in the front of the building.

We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living, and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, and high-speed Internet service.

We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.

Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.
