*MAXIMUM of 4 vehicles may park at the property at anytime - no street parking permitted, no parking on the grass, do not block the sidewalk

House details:
Lower level consists of an in-law/teen suite with one bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, small living space with smart TV, sleeper sofa and one set of washer/dryer. Back double doors lead to pool.

Second story is completely open concept and consists of large kitchen with island, dining table for 10, and living room with smart TV, entertainment space and a half bathroom. Back deck leads down to pool.

Third level holds the primary bedroom with king size bed, free standing tub, huge closet and balcony with great ocean views. Two additional guest bedrooms each with queen size beds and a shared full bathroom with walk in shower and double sinks. Second set of washer/dryer.

4 bedrooms total - 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 1 sleeper sofa (in lower level living space)

For your convenience; 12 beach/pool towels, 1 beach cart, 2 beach umbrella, 10 beach chairs and some beach toys are available to use during your stay. Please return all items before your departure!

NOTE: There are Ring door bell cameras on all exterior doors that record audio and video. Also, 24/7 video surveillance cameras surrounding the exterior of the property including pool and garage . Minut noise monitoring in main living area inside the property monitoring decibels.
